Season 2 ends with a bang. Hot tub. Guitars. Vodka. Whiskey and too many Coors Lights pepper this recording. Andy drinks enough Fruity Pebbles vodka that he becomes Bam Bam. An aborted game of Kill. Fuck. Mary. Tons of inappropriate conversation that captures the attention of the neighbors. Capped off with the Random Rocker game. Host of Rock Strikes Ten, Joey Haynie, is the latest to attempt to take down Gene.

MegaDeth Era 3 - MegaDave - Discography Roundtable: Bakko, LC and Joey Haynie of Rock Strikes Ten return (finally) to discuss and crack wise about the least celebrated - but most interesting era of the Deth saga. Over 7 albums and 18 years the body count of band members pile up like a slasher film. Dave sits on his hand and can't play guitar "ever again," remixes, re-records vocals of his entire catalog, guests on Duck Dodgers, goes to rehab, writes a questionable number of songs for video games, and is without Dave "Jr." Ellefson for over a decade. We talk in detail of highs and lows of this period with more references to Enuff Z' Enuff and Hanson then one would expect. Albums covered: World Needs a Hero, System has Failed, United Abominations, EndGame, 13, Super Collider, Dystopia
Megadeth Discography Roundtable: MegaFame Era 91-99. In part 2 of our series we cover the albums and compilations Countdown to Extinction, Youthanasia, Cryptic Writings, MD.45, Hidden Treasures, Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey, and (sigh) Risk. We discuss the Unforgiven old man's backstory, Lars Ulrich gives more advice, the Yanni, Trixter and Megadeth connection, and LC flips his lid about Risk. Joey of Rock Strikes Ten guest stars and brings the facts.
LC, Bakko and Joey of Rock Strikes Ten discuss Megadeth’s discography and history of madness. Joey brings facts and structure to the show as we weave in tracks from the MegaDrugs era of 83-90. We begin our talk with the origin and merits of the name Megadeth, an impression of Lars Ulrich sending Dave home on a bus, the endless guitarist/drummer body count, Decline of Western Civilization, MTV News, and Chris Gaines. Albums discussed: Killing is my Business, Peace Sells, So Far So Good, Rust in Peace. (Part 1 of a series)

I became a faithful listener about a year ago for several reasons. 1) The Music: I always get to listen to great music. The variety of tunes featured is top notch. Into some of the bands more than others, but the exposure to music I haven't heard before is always appreciated. 2) The Guests: Chris and Aaron have what it takes to make an interview worth listening to. The stars and guest that are on are always entertaining. The insight and humor is always appreciated. I learn something I didn't know almost every time. 3) The Variety: I love themed shows, Toddzilla, KISSmas in July, The featured shows (RUSH, AC/DC) and especially the Radio Sucks episodes. A huge shout out to the Y&T episode you had. They have always been a top 3 band for me and it was great for them to get the exposure they deserve. Thats about it. I will continue to make this podcast a weekly must listen. Great Job guys!! Ep 36: Alice Cooper - Modern Era (2003 - NOW) We discuss the albums Eyes, Dirty Diamonds, Spider, Nightmare 2 and Hollywood Vampires. The mere mention of one of these albums causes a 5 + minute rant of furious anger. This ep is chock full of great music clips and a bonus track of an interview with Dick Wagner courtesy of Decibel Geek. We hope you've enjoyed the journey. Ep 35: Alice Cooper - Morality Era (94 -01) We discuss the albums Last Temptation, Brutal Planet & Dragontown in this super-sized ep loaded with great music and banter. Rob Kern of Loud, Drunk & Angry and From Out of Nowhere joins along with Joey of Rock Strikes Ten. In the first part of the ep we begin discussing the Morality Era with Rob Kern, a man who lacks a moral compass. We had a structured plan for a 20 minute intro but quickly turns into madness. And podcast gold. The second part with Joey has more details on the era but is just as ridiculous. Plus Bakko premieres our new Cobras & Fire song cowritten by Little Johnny Cougar!
