The KEF boys crawl out of the bye week basement — coffee, Celsius, and bar-vibes in hand — and immediately unload everything that's been boiling since the UCLA meltdown. Nebraska blew another multi-possession lead, and the crew goes full therapy session over whether Matt Rhule is literally manifesting close games into existence. Three-touchdown leads, one-score stress, and the close-game curse all get brought to trial. From there, it's Big Ten identity talk — cold weather, grit, conference toughness — and why Michigan, Northwestern, USC, and Iowa all play a part in the chaos of the national picture. Then the episode goes peak KEF as the boys hype up Ferrari doing the splits and throwing the bones, break down Mr. Gaines eating eight steaks a day and wrestling heavyweight, and preview a stacked week of dual tournaments with Oklahoma State and Iowa. And last, but at least we dig into Nebraska versus Penn State week.
G'day, footy fans!Dive into the latest episode of G'day Gridiron as we break down the wild week 10 action. From the Rams' thrilling win over the 49ers to the Colts' nail-biter in Berlin, we've got all the highlights and banter you crave.Tune in for a fair dinkum chat about the games, the players, and the plays that had us on the edge of our seats.Don't miss it, mates!
This week, the crew dives deep into the afterglow of Tony's album release party — the crowd, the food, the energy, and a wild mix of future collaborations with the incredible artists who shared the stage. It was one of those rare nights where people from every walk of life came together, and everything just clicked. Then things get weird (as they do). We explore:
Louisiana is becoming ground zero for several issues. Election integrity, Congressional districts, and Carbon Capture are becoming a bigger issue everywhere else too. Bert Callais is heading up lawsuits on the first two and very involved on the latter. For those who ask why he, just an average citizen is doing so, he will say, "When I took the oath for the military to defend the Constitution, it wasn't for just while I was in there." So he is continuing his oath by being involved in these issues. In thiss interview he explains them all.
There's something weird in the air this week leaving Jack worried about his physical health and Ash worried her mind is dissolving into putty. Between hot takes on art, gay lobsters, and an unexpected toe reveal, this one's pure chaos from start to finish.GOT A PROBLEM? NEED SOME OF OUR BAD ADVICE?

A new survey of 2-thousand adults finds that 63% prefer to lick theirs, while 39% bite their scoops. But what does that reveal about them? People who go at it with their teeth and bite their ice cream are more “fearless,” “confident” and “impulsive.” She explains, “Biters are very in-the-moment, they are probably extroverts and like instant gratification.”Those who lick their ice cream tend to be “methodical” and “relaxed,” as they patiently enjoy their scoop. “Lickers prefer delayed gratification,” Hemmings says. “They crave the dopamine hit, the brain's reward, that they get from extending the eating process.”As for those who nibble, they're more likely to be “cautious,” “gentle” and “thoughtful,” but possibly a little controlling at times. “Nibblers are good emotional self-regulators, though they may be prone to anxiety because of their enthusiasm for attention to detail,” the ice cream analyst explains.Second Date Update: Mandy met Steve on Hinge. In this fun and lively episode of Side Notes, Arch and Josh dive into a mix of light-hearted banter and heartwarming stories. From mandatory Mountaineer gear at the office to the ups and downs of youth basketball coaching, you'll hear about unforgettable game moments, second-grade nail-biters, and the life lessons kids learn on the court. They also dive into the complexities of love—how we seek it, where we misplace it, and the transformative power of God's love. Through a mix of anecdotes and deep theological insights, they explore why human relationships, while beautiful and essential, can't fully satisfy the longing in our hearts. They tackle big questions: Why do we place impossible expectations on others to meet our deepest needs? How does social media feed into our search for affirmation? And most importantly, how does understanding God's eternal, selfless, and unconditional love free us to love others better?
