Work. Just verbatim cleaning all day. Was in the flow state with that most of the day. Nice and boring. Walked to Shelly Beach. The ledge/cliff/path area with that manhole shaped hole through it has broken and fallen into the sea. Sad! Used to love that bit. Watched some Hunger Games. Planted a bunch of seeds that sprouted on the window sill while I was away. Let's see what the plants look like from them. Nice to be back in my own bed. I should give thought to moving out. We'll see. 800 sober days. M: 6. E: 6.
Very wintery weather. Hail and winds. Tried to go for a couple of walks but it was too blustery. Was hoping to get to around Shelly Beach and get some periwinkles but didn't make it. Heard a Liam-penned Oasis song I had never heard before. I Believe In All. Amazing. Crazily underrated as a songwriter. Mum got me to get out and pick up a piece of scaffolding off the side of the road - and then nearly ran me over! Very close call. Had gran and the Halls and the Hands over for lunch. I smacked [nephew]. New Anko shirt. Some texting with [redacted]. She said I'm very kind.

As they drifted closer, they realised it was a body. This horrific discovery kicked off an intensive police investigation. And finally confirmed the cloud of suspicion that had long surrounded disgraced former detective Roger Rogerson.Support the ShowIf you love Dead On, and I hope you do, please support the show on Patreon.Visit the WebsiteCheck out the Episode Discovery file to see photos from the case file, find sources, and get the full rundown about the episode. Feel like there’s so much work you have to do to improve yourself? Have a list of a thousand things that need fixing? This episode is a guided practice, intended for those times when you feel like the way you are right now is wrong and not good enough, and you’re frustrated at not being “there” yet. You can do it sitting, lying down, walking, even while self pleasuring if you feel like it! It’s soft and full of permission. You’ll hear the waves of Shelly Beach in the background, which I recorded on a cool sunny day on the mid-north coast of New South Wales, Australia on a mini-holiday with my partner. You might also hear my backyard bird friends from the audio portion I recorded at home! May this practice be like a sigh of relief and a comfort to your whole system. If it helps you, please share it! This is part of what I do with clients. To book a free Clarity Call with me, visit carolanne.com.au/work-with-me.
