Mental health resources for Black People, I found this off of the website everymind. But here is the list of resources for black people.-Black Emotional and Mental Health (BEAM)-The Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation:-Therapy for Black GirlsAnd more but here is the link to find the list of resources..https://www.every-mind.org/black-and-african-american-mental-health-resources/Here is also more Mental Health Resources for the Black community, the Indigenous community, and more people who are from minority communities. I found these resources from mass general. We all need to heal and, we need to come together and stand in solidarity. We are all suffering from racial trauma, seeing our people being killed, and just witnessing a lot of inhumane and petrifying killings happening in our communities. So here is the resources I have found to help y'all.-The Social Impact Center's Cory Johnson Program for Post-Traumatic Healing-MGH Chelsea HealthCare Center and MGH Revere HealthCare CenterHere is BIPOC Mental Health Resources that can provide you with the help you need for your mental health and your wellbeing.-Inclusive Therapists-Clinicians of Color Directory-Melanin & Mental Health Directory-Asian Mental Health Collective Directory-National Asian American Pacific Islander Mental Health AssociationThere is more to this list so here is the link to the website to help y'all..https://www.massgeneral.org/psychiatry/guide-to-mental-health-resources/for-bipoc-mental-healthBut I love y'all and just want you guys to stop suffering and heal..But I am sending love, peace, positivity, hugs, and blessings y'all way. But yeah this episode is really just me opening up on how I've been feeling lately and keeping it real with y'all. Also I dive into my thoughts on SZA and her SOS album. I feel very sad and worried that she's hurting like that and has gone through so many trials and tribulations. Not only in the music industry, but her love life and so much more. It's such a shame and it breaks my heart man.. I have so much respect for SZA and I can say she even inspires me in how I write my music. Whether that would be vulnerability, writing about my experiences as a black women. Also how I've went through trials and tribulations as well. So it's very sad to hear she is hurting and I just am sending love, peace, tranquility, hugs, and happiness her way. Before I was wondering what was going on and just was worried. But now after watching her Hot 97 interview at work today, I can tell she's hurt. She is just done and wants to retire. So I really just understand where she's coming from. Even with her being bullied after 9/11 for wearing her hijab. You know I just have no words y'all.. just overall it breaks my heart to see someone who I look up to hurting like that. Also, I was bullied really bad to the point where I was feeling so damn low, to the point where I had to be taken out of school during 9th grade. But I go in real deep in this episode and just had to get everything off my chest. It's been an emotional rollercoaster lately and, I really needed to let y'all know how I feel.

When it comes to manifesting a creative life, one that feels truly aligned with your most authentic self, you need to know who you are and learn to get out of your own way. This week's guest, Jeremy Parsons is an extremely talented singer / songwriter who's navigated through so many relatable life changes over the last 10 years. You can hear every bit of it throughout his latest album, Things I Need to Say and in this episode he opens up even more about how he navigated it all for himself. Staying on top of all of the dings and rings of life doesn't make me a better person or parent, but these two things will.
“We who are strong... should please his neighbor for his good, to build him up. For even Christ did not please himself but, as it is written: ‘The insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.' For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.” - ROMANS 15:1-4 Read Further — If you feel Crushed in Spirit or know someone who is right now, read this. In this episode we answered the following questions: 1. Macy, counselor, Toronto - Juliet, I've been a fan of yours for many years and have followed all your advice with great success. I've had a niche for a number of years now working with women who have recently been divorced, or in the process of going through a divorce. I've worked with countless of women over the last 9 years, but the truth is I want a change and want to start working in a different niche. I've discovered my real passion is trauma therapy and I now want to completely rebrand myself as a trauma therapist. What are some of the most important things I need to do to re-launch my business in a different niche? 2. Dawn Vincent, www.dawnvincent.com.au Victoria, Australia - How effective is offering a free article on your website to gain client email addresses? 3. Cassandra, herbal practitioner from Victoria, BC - Can you please explain hashtags? I don't understand how to use them, nor why I would need to. I have a twitter and a facebook account. Do I need to use them for both? Get the show notes with all the links and resources mentioned in this episode at http://askjulietandclinton.com/21
