Welcome back Afbuuxo Family! We kicked off this episode with AITX, where a Niqabi Sister due to be married revealed her face, and her soon to be partner no longer wants to marry her, let us know who's in the wrong! We then jumped on a triggering topic for some, where the MIL purposely derailed her son into thinking she cooked him food whilst his wife's efforts of cooking were not appreciated, please comment who was the Xaasid, as you can see by the episode double standards exist. We also touched on parenting and how grandparents can influence your upbringing and whether or not they have an involvement when it comes to disciplining you! By the looks of it Yas had a pretty easy ride whilst some of us had to fear for our lives! Let us know who's upbringing you can relate to! Due to unfortunate technical difficulties, the episode had to be cut short as the camera turned off. However we will back next week with another Banger!
This episode we speak about the young council worker who got a £500 fine for releasing a paedophiles address to paedophile hunters, and if we would do the same and the treatment we would give a paedophile/ rapist for such a Heinous act. We also discuss the latest episode on Trend Central and the affects of a toxic and emotionally abusive relationship. Yas then drops her 100 questions of the week surrounding International Food, and it's looking like a clear win. Anaku takes the lead with his AITX, let's us know if she was in the right to keep her Hijab on or should she have considered the crowd since it's all females?
Welcome back another week, Firstly Ramadan Mubarak to you all! This week we dive straight into the Hot topic of the week being the Chris Rock and Will Smith altercation at the Grammys, and our thoughts on Jada and Will Smiths marriage/drama. We also speak on how the government has increased living costs whilst people are earning the same amount. Furthermore, the unfortunate Fire that broke out in Hargeisa's biggest market known as Waheen, and the devastating loss people have had due to this on the first Night of Ramadan. We also share the ways in which you can support the government in rebuilding the economy and have a few charity organisations that you can give to in this Holy Month. Yas then taps into her Questions of the week surrounding the rise of living expenses. We now introduce a brand new segment called ‘Am I The Xaasid' courtesy of Anaku, where we answer if someone's thoughts/actions is a case of being selfish or if it's justified. This concludes the episode we will all be sure to see you all next week again, Oh yeah let us know what your sleeping patterns like during Ramadan
Afbuuxo Family we back with another episode this week, this time we're discussing a tweet suggesting how you would deal with a conniving mother in law or a disapproving family surrounding marriage. We give our own personal views on how we would deal with it best. Moving onto the latest news about a teacher assistant who got a £140,000 pay out due to being physically attacked by a 5 year old boy. We also shed light on the unfortunate incident that Child Q has had to endure and the unfairness treatment towards those of colour by the judiciary system. We finally get into Yas's questions of the week based around Racial Inequality. Watch till the end to find out who wins this week!
Welcome to Season 3 with Afbuuxo. This time round we have 2 new members Bambi & Yas. We discuss how the UK has decided to award any household £350 a month for housing Ukrainian Nationals, and if we would house them ourselves for such an amount. We also touch on a tweet, regarding men who pursue another women just before their wedding day, if this is right or wrong and how we would deal with it Let us know if you would do anything different! We then tapped into Yas's History lesson of the week, Bambi gave us a lovely Ramadan reminder. Lastly but not least we got a crazy dilemma.
Stats & Anaku sat down with soon to be pro fighter Sabir Hussain "King Libaax" in the studio. In this episode the lads discuss his roots, how he handles facing opponents pre fight, name feuds between fighters, his very own academy SCK Fitness, dreams of taking the fight game back home to Africa and much more. As usual Stat of the Week (SOTW) find out who wins in a grapple of Knowledge KL OR Anaku. Dilemma of the week (DOTW) Can love sustain a relationship...?
On this weeks episode the boys are joined by 6thayan who shares her personal story of how she ended up in the public eye and the misconceptions she has had to deal with during her time. Ayan also speaks about losing close friends, effects on her mental health and the overall impact this has had on her everyday life. Base was unavailable due to Covid.. so he says! Watch out for Stat of the week which had Ayan's brain scrambled!
This week the boys were joined by Adan Mohamed and his coach Donnall Smith. Adan is a seven-time national champion, the Buckhurst Hill-based super bantamweight also won a Tri-Nations GB title, two Haringey Box Cups and was a bronze medallist in the 2019 European Youth championships. He also boxed over 10 times for England and was a member of the national squad from the age of 12.
Guess who's back…. Back again……. Well, you know the rest. Your boy STATS is back from his trip to the motherland and what a trip it was lol from boom boom to Ms Somalia. We find out STATS thinks the land is his, what really happened to ANAKU during his time back home and BASE actually needs to go for DHAQAN CELIS. Lol this episode was actually needed some of the stuff these guys come up with. I wont say too much but let me know what you lot think of the trip and the episode and would you like to join them on their next trip back home
Young entrepreneur Suley came through and joined the Afbuuxo family, he also showed how he can hang with the lads. Energy was right for this one however very short for a typical Afbuuxo episode due to technical difficulties which is Base & Anakus fault. Hopefully Stats is back next week to save these clowns from burning down the place and gets some order back in place. Socials: Insta: @Suleysnaps Insta: @kicksncollect
What's happening AFBUUXO family! This is a light-hearted funny watch where Anaku and Base react to the funniest comments! Let us know what your favourite comments are!
This weeks episode Stats is MIA he's somehow ended up in Somalia, in the meantime you have the lovely Base & the devil Anaku holding it down. So lads have only gone & pulled an absolute worldie by inviting Mo Salah (Hafid Ali) in to the studio after last weekend's performance against Man United, they had to get him down talks about his main hustle and the difference he's making in the community he is originally from before he started running down defenders like they owe him money. They discuss various topics ranging from Charity Work, Camden United, Vaccinations, Relationships, Gangs & Camden Giving.
The boys are back with another mouthwatering episode! The gang vent their frustration at the petrol shortages throughout the city and how they were left stranded. The boys discuss the R Kelly trial and some interesting thoughts on whether they will continue to listen to his music? Are the boys right or wrong for this? Let us know! The episode takes an unexpected turn and the conversation turns to 90's music? Someone needs to get them organised! Last but not least, we have the juiciest part, THE DILEMMAS! Let us know your thoughts on what you would do because Base and Anaku weren't too happy. One tip from the boys.. Do your due diligence on the person you want to marry!!
AFBUUXO GANG Season 2 Episode 3 is Locked & Loaded READY so this Week the lads have Jamala Osman in the Studio who really packs a punch with her motivational etiquettes. Jams (As Anaku likes to call her) gave the boys an insight on her difficult start to life and her dramatic turnaround which fuelled her to break down barriers and tap into a different realm of skill sets. Winner of Great Britain and Irelands Young Citizen Award for 2018 and TEDx London Speaker is always inspiring and raising money for charity her current mission is competing in a Super Featherweight Bout at a white collar event. Find tickets Down Below.... https://tickets.thewhitecollarfightclub.co.uk/collections/dec-2nd?mc_cid=3e1a365705&mc_eid=675163350e ....Base attempts to indulge in Jams personal upbringing and see what makes her who she is, Stats ran his usual background check but couldn't get the date right as usual and Anaku was completing in awe as to how she did it in a year and a half while he's still Fat. The lads get pushed to their limits and stamina as they get to Poding for an Hour and Some Change All in ALL Great Episode in Store for you lot as usual enjoy and don't forget to LIKE, SUBSCRIBE and COMMENT #Motivation #TedTalk #Somali #Boxing #Gym #Inspire #Female
YES, YES and YES again AFBUUXO family. Episode 2 of season 2 is out and it's even better thane I thought . The boys get a bit serious with some good topics about comparing Jail to university and Anger management (We all know which side ANAKU is on). BASE & ANAKU scheme on STATS with a quick-fire question from the start and he tries to worm his way out as usual. BASE goes innnnnn on glorifying prison culture and ANAKU has some stories of his street brawls (I'm sure there are many more but just the 2 for now). This episode has a few twists and turns with STATS giving us a insight into the life of little STATS lol( no wonder he is so anti off camera) also shout out to the "Just listen girls"
A Proper AFBUUXO warm welcome back to everyone out there. Yoooooo the boys are back from their holidays (ANUKU), time out (BASE)and home Sauna (STATS) and I actually missed them……. Be honest it I know you did as well
First of all I would like to say ……...”ITS COMING HOME” what a week it's been for England and for the AFBUUXO Family. This episode had me in tears the boys had their first investment opportunity lol and you won't believe what happened hahaha #boyswillbeboys you tell us who you think was at fault. This episode had a lot from STATS playing the guitar, ANAKU witnessing domestic violence and BASE being sold items from a moving car on the motorway. To help STATS I think the SOTW was pretty good and lets hope ANAKU can dethrone BASE. Is it just me or are dilemmas getting more and more touchy, very very saucy Please feel free to look into the Kidnapping taking place in Kenya and raise awareness though social media platforms
Welcome back Afbuuxo Family. As international football takes over the world so the boys have their say on the Somali Nation Men's football team participation in the Arab cup. (Look out for their reaction to the game loool the best people to watch a game with) STAT of the week was informative and it looks like ANAKU has lost his Winning ways. Please listen to DILEMMA of the WEEK lol ANAKU has one that he personally chose, ooohh and STATS have a absolutely hilarious story. ANAKU and BEN force BASE jump on socials so get adding I think it was about time as well. 2 down only 1 to go Let's get that Uncle on socials.
EPISODE 30 COACH IQRA in the house running drills with the boys. ANAKU was the captain and host for this episode I prayed I was praying it went well. The idea of woman in our sports has been widely frowned upon due to cultural and religious differences and the boys find out the reality of the problems faced by most female sports members from all ages in this informative episode. One of the most recognisable Female influencer in the Somali community blessed the boys with her presence and provided them with a better insight into life as a female footballer. STATS finally gets recognition for his so called footballing talents by IQRA and I'm not sure that went down well with ANAKU AND BASE lol. STAT OF THE WEEK is an interesting one and I'm pretty sure the boys never stood a chance on this one. You're in for a treat with 2 DILLEMA OF THE WEEK with some VERY CONTREVERSIAL RESPONSES LOOOOL. ANAKU AND BASE argue over HUSTLE OF THE WEEK so Iqra saved them both BASE thinks he is Zidane, ANAKU thinks he is the best footballer known to man and STATS wants to be the SOMALI Womens national team coach. I have to praise IQRA for holding her own on the show.
EPISODE 29 Welcome back AFBUUXO FAMILY to another session with your favourite 4….. I mean 3 lol. The host changes this week to ANAKU to do his time and there was a bit of a debate about STATS being a bad host, to be fair I thought he did a good job but I will let you lot decide that. Todays episode was all about dilemmas with some tasty ones being discussed. ANAKU drives STATS mad with phone calls and BASE continues to be on fire with the jokes (watch out for KUNG FU PANDA aka ANAKU hahaha). SOTW is finally back and BASE steps up with a quality and calculated answer. Over all this was a good session with light hearted humour after some deep-thinking last episode with the guest.
A very very warm welcome AFBUUXO FAMILY to EPISODE 28. We have special guest on this Episode and I have to admit honestly we all have been waiting for her to grace us with her extensive knowledge on a very delicate topic within our community for some time. If you are not familiar with Hibaq and her work on special needs please go and have a look on Instagram @afternoonteawithhibs. Disability or special needs is often a taboo in our community and you can tell by the boys reaction on some topics. We all know the state of ANAKU mind and to be fair his story on religious healing methods left him scared for life. We find out BASE is fans favourite or Hibs favourite anyway. STATS tries his hardest to be a good host (let us know if you agree) and you can tell he is a big fan of HIBS and he doesn't even try to hide it lol. STATS has a weird view on Paul from blue therapy……he discussed it off air and it makes sense in a weird way. ANAKU thinks therapy is useless and BASE has 2 saucy dilemmas that he picked. Hibs helps the boys tackle both dilemma of the week lol god knows they need it although I have to admit the HIJAB one was kind of unanimous. This is one of the best episode's hands down.
Welcome back AFBUUXO Family sorry about the last week we blame ANAKU who thought shopping was more important than recording. FIRSTLY, to all the Muslim viewers I hope you had a wonderful EID. Its been a turbulent week for society as a whole and the boys give their personal opinions on the matter with some touchy comments made STATS & BASE. The first 5 minutes had me laughing lol the way they grill each other is too funny loool we might have to change the boys' names after this lol (Buffalo, Frodo and Frozone) like if you agree We know STATS respects CHUNKS highly and the boys quickly touch on his latest video release confirming his retirement from making music for religious purposes. The SNAP has been popping with DILEMMAS and as per BASES promise to the fans there are 3 JUICY DILEMMAS with plenty of disagreement between ANAKU AND BASE. The BLOOPERS are worth watching this week lol let us know if STATS has a typical Somali body! As usual enjoy the show
Welcome back AFBUUXO FAMILY to another episode of AFBUUXO. Before we begin, deepest apologies in advance for the visuals. Ben messed up really bad and he somehow blamed it on Ramadan but the boys think he's heartbroken over Maya Jama but let's move on. BASE will choose KENDALL JENNER over MAYA JAMA (WIERDO). STATS is reeeeeaaaaalllllly bad with names WOW someone please tell him its HALIMA ADEN not HALIMA ABDI This episode the boys talk about Noel Clarke and the Allegations made against him. STATS tries his hardest to see the bigger picture but gives up (20 allegations is too much I think) ANAKU gives us an insight into a day in his live battling knife crime on the streets of London (YES during ramadan) with a GOOD STORY. BASE Finally picks a good support the hustle (STH) and manages to retain the SOTW crown (BACK 2 BACK) PS he said he doesn't need the viewers help and I quote “WASTEMANS” lol. Overall it was a good episode and Ben should be ashamed of himself! ENJOYE LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE AFBUUXO FAMILY
This week has been a good week for the Community. Justice has prevailed both in the courts for George Floyd and in sports this time regarding the European Super League and IT'S ABOUT TIME. The boys touch up on the "Justin" or Derek Chauvin whatever his name is case (inside joke have a listen to be part of it). The boys give their suggestions on how to sort the police brutality issues in America, ANAKU has a radical suggestion (PLEASE HEAR HIM OUT). STATS makes a BIG BIG statement about our community and being a police officer, DO YOU AGREE???. BASE AND STATS get into a heated debate about the super league which is a very touchy subject. BASE finally gets HOTW right and ANAKU picks up a DOTW which is very controversial let us know if you agree or not I know where I stand.
Firstly we would like to take this opportunity to say "Ramadan Mubarak" to everyone from the Afbuuxo family. The boys try their best to give their views on what the essence of ramadan is and give their memorable Ramadan stories. STATS has a hilarious story, BASE thinks he's done his charity by buying "NEEF" (meat) and feeding people back home. ANAKU ate PORK.... YES PORK. The Boys also discuss the upcoming Mayoral ELECTIONS and its clear they will all be voting for NIKO......Not the dance but the highly rated candidate Niko Omilana. SOTW and HOTW ARE THROWN IN the mixer. Also, check out and enjoy the new blooper segment!
I have to admit even I've missed these lot, It feels so good to be back in the studio with the lads. Some saucy topics covered on this weeks episode ranging from The Royal family going through a turbulent time with the D&Ds of Sussex interview and the unfortunate death of Prince Phillip at the grand age of 99. The team also discuss the new legislation passed in France and its effects on the Muslim community. We have a nice little SOTW to add some fuel to the fire and the worst advertising of a product on HOTW you have ever seen by BASE loool. Basically, BASE hates The French president as much as he hates Prince Williams.…. ANAKU seems to not care about anything as usual, except having a good time and STATS…. Well…… he's just doing STATS Stuff. I'm sure you're all wondering WHERE IS COCO ? JUST ENJOY THE SHOW
Boris is still got the boys improvising on Zoom. Coco continues host duties as management get the boys to answer quick fire questions which gets some hilarious reactions. COCO makes his own shoe brand and STATS has an absolute shocker with his words. ANAKU joins in through his car in another city all ballyed up (the less you know the better)... STATS has a funny SOTW and ANAKU has another belter on TOTW. This episode is one of my favourite im sure you will enjoy it aswell. As usual ENJOY, LIKE, SUBSCRIBE and COMMENT.
As quarantine continues the Zoom talk continues. STATS still refuses to pay for the Zoom subscription and BASE, as usual gets on to him for it #TOM&JERRY. Your current host COCO joins the macawiis gang but has a blunder you don't want to miss in SOTW (TRUST ME) and ANAKU tries his best to understand anything that is being said the whole time (keep and eye on his face) but he does try to teach the older guys about new RAPPERS in the music scene. The team cover a few interesting topics such as quarantine hotel rules set by secretary of health and whatever else he does, the lads talk about their celebrity crush some with surprising selections, they try talk politics (YEEEESSSS you read that right lol) According to STATS he pulls a beauty of a STAT OF THE WEEK (SOTW) which has the boys a bit rattled. DJ ANAKU goes wild with the TRACK OF THE WEEK (TOTW) as he dedicates this one to a AUSTRALIAN rapper who I have to admit might have a career in the film industry (VERY GOOD PRODUCTION)
It has been a while people but the 4 are back and ready to depict their lockdown antics. Clubhouse is on the agenda alongside Trump's cult riot the capitol, HOTW & SOTW; some say there is a new champion on the block or is there?! Love & Blessings from the Afbuxxo Team - LIKE, SUBSCRIBE AND COMMENT!
Your favourite 4 discuss traits of a highly desirable man by building the ultimate avatar. SOTW; surely ANAKUWASO42 cannot do it again and retain his title or can he? Make sure you check out this week's new segment called starting 11; where the 4 start to select 11 individuals to feature in the AFBUUXO team. LIKE, SUBSCRIBE AND COMMENT!
What a Year 2020 has been and as the countdown begins to 2021 the boys rummage through the talking points of 2020. From the pandemic to the wildfires, the explosion to vaccine, from Borris to his incompetent neighbour across the pond (Trump). The whole lot is covered with a proper Afbuuxo twist. The final SOTW with ANAKUWASO42 title on the line and TOTW. The team end 2020 with a DOTW special that has a positive message going into the new year. A special thanks the whole AFBUUXO family we cant wait to share 2021 with the growing family..... LIKE, SUBSCRIBE AND COMMENT. From the Afbuuxo team we wish you a happy new year and see you on the other side.
BASE finally accepts its his 4 weeks to take on hosting duties. STATS opens with a story that shows you the fastest way to lose a friend. The lads talk about the tragic case of Mr Abdi; a young Somali man who was fataly shot in Australia. The gang also try and talk about the Hijab banning but I will let you judge how that went. Can @ANAKUWASO42 retain the heavyweight SOTW title and become a 6 time raining champion. COCO gets his motivation hat on for DOTW. Once again @ANAKUWASO42 plugs in another up and coming artist #watchoutcharliesloth. An overall good laugh. LIKE, SUBSCRIBE AND LEAVE YOUR COMMENTS
The lads decide amongst themselves who's turn it is to host with BASE knowing its his turn. Culture is important and they touch on different communities ways of expressing their instinctive behaviour when it comes to arguing. The burka and hijab ends up bringing the best out of ANAKU who ends up somehow winning 5 weeks in a row on Stat Of The Week.
The team goes back in time on this one and cover the tragic case of Shukri Abdi a young girl whose life was taken. The group tackle the outcome of her case and what we need to do as a community to prevent further cases. We welcome back Dinho who joined us for the 5th ep. We go into his projects for 2021 and discuss his appearance in TED LASSO. SOTW was ruined by Anakuwaso but somehow remains victorious. We have a personal touch with the DOTW lets hear your thoughts. Shout out to the track of the week by @_eazybands who is creating waves across the Atlantic Ocean.
EDUCATION ALERT This episode the guys keep it strictly educational and focus bravely on a taboo topic in our community and dive into the importance of MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS. This is different to the usual episodes but needs so much more exposure the gang try and highlight the different types of mental health and the importance of education in approaching and with mental health.
