    Signs to quit your job

    With our fair share of work experience seeing the good and bad in different jobs, it's time to spill the tea. And as thirty-something year olds who have both made career changes, we reflect on the signs that prompted the next move. What are those moments where we've realised, maybe it's time to move on? Should I stay for longer in this role and see how it goes, or should I look elsewhere? It's not easy to make the call. And it is definitely scary to face change. As well as to those of you who might be thinking about resigning. However, we do want to point out that some of us are lucky and have worked hard to be in a position that allows us to thrive, working with a team that we love and enjoying the work that we do. And sometimes, it takes time to figure out what works for you. We're grateful for all the opportunities we've had so far, while also excited to share what we've learned.
