The Bad Wives Club podcast is an absolute gem for anyone looking for relatable and real conversations about motherhood, relationships, and life in general. From the moment I started listening, it felt like I was sitting down with my closest friends and having a heartfelt chat. The advice and validation provided by the hosts are exactly what you need to hear, making this podcast truly invaluable.

One of the best aspects of The Bad Wives Club is how relatable and genuine the hosts are. Liz, Libby, and Laura share their personal stories and experiences with such authenticity that it's impossible not to feel connected to them. They tackle topics such as being a working mom, navigating relationships, and everyday struggles in a way that makes you realize you're not alone in your experiences. Their chemistry is incredible, creating a dynamic that feels like you're part of their intimate group of friends.

Another great aspect of this podcast is its ability to provide validation. As a working mom myself, there are times when I question if I'm doing enough or if I'm the only one facing certain challenges. The Bad Wives Club has made me feel seen and validated in my experiences as a mom and woman trying to navigate life's chaos. It's refreshing to hear that others are going through similar struggles and that we're all just doing our best.

While it's hard to find any negatives about this podcast, one potential downside could be the occasional lack of diversity in perspectives. Since it focuses on the experiences of three specific women, there may be some topics or viewpoints that aren't explored as thoroughly as they could be. However, given the relatability factor and the genuine nature of their conversations, it's easy to overlook this minor drawback.

In conclusion, The Bad Wives Club podcast is an absolute must-listen for moms, wives, or anyone who appreciates authentic conversations about life's ups and downs. Liz, Libby, and Laura bring a refreshing perspective to the table, making you feel like you're part of their inner circle. Their relatability, validation, and humor make this podcast a standout in the genre. Don't miss out on joining the Bad Wives Club – it's well worth your time!

We're baaaack with Jenny B for part two! This time we switch gears back to the the mom talk, kicking off with the thoughts of having a FIFTH kid and how our society doesn't produce the big families like the good old days. Unlike the three of us, Jenny is a stay at home mom, so it's really cool to hear her perspective, and it's true... the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Liz asks Jenny how someone can be a great support system, not just by "offering" help, but actually showing up, and that it's ok to say YES to help. We talk about the double edged sword of social media, where you want to post your most proud moments but are sensitive to others who may be struggling (ie., pregnancy announcements), and last but not least, we get into the Belichick's upcoming move out west! We dish out some tips for our future brides, and Libby shares the best piece of advice she received from her Dad.  Do weddings need to be extravagant? Do we need this fairytale wedding or does that become less important with age? We discuss the importance of having those difficult conversations PRIOR to engagement and “putting it all on the table” sooner rather than later.  OH let's not forget the Bravo drama! You know Laura & Libby had to relate this back to Summer House & The Valley's couples most recent splits. We shift over to the mama talk – how do you know when you're ready and how do you know when you're done?! Liz & Laura are in the THICK of it with their young kiddos, talking about how no one prepares you for how busy schedules can get once they enter elementary school. Last but not least, we do a little rapid fire Q&A on relationships – how to get out of a lull, how important is sex and intimacy, is it ok to keep secrets, and can a relationship get worse before they get better? WELCOME Kelly Brabants Gallo! Kelly is the founder and CEO of Booty by Brabants, a size inclusive collection of high-quality athleisure wear and Body by Brabants.  Kelly is Liz's sister and our best friend, but she's also one of Boston's most inspirational female entrepreneurs. Kelly's story hasn't always been a fairy tale, but with hope, faith and a lot of hard work, the comeback was REAL. Kelly gets super vulnerable as she opens up about her self-healing journey after a breakup at 31 years old, and how anyone can change at any point of their lives (with the right mindset) and live their dream life. She spills all the juicy details of how she met her husband, the faithful first date that turned out to be her last first date ever, how she knew he was "the one," and the relationship dynamic.  She also gives you the inside scoop on her pregnancy journey so far, and how they knew they were ready for kids! We end this episode diving into a difficult topic of conversation around her struggles with body dysmorphia, one of the greatest factors that drove her to start Booty By Brabants. Stay tuned for part 2 where she REALLY starts to open up on how she's handling pregnancy and not putting pressure on herself, the experience she's had with therapy and the toolbox she has to control and manage emotions, how you need to take care of yourself before you can take care of others, and so much more. Are you a control freak when it comes to the kids lunches, their outfits, packing for trips, scheduling their day, and delegating chores around the house to Dad? If you answered yes, you're a HELICOPTER WIFE. We're not so sure it's a terrible thing....but maybe we should put a little more trust in the Dads that they can get shit done without our psycho supervision! Yes, we like things done a certain way, but we're learning to let things go and give our husbands more credit that they can handle chaos just as good, even if it looks different to how we handle it. On todays episode, we discuss the old fashioned "gender norms" and the roles husbands/wives and mom/dads played, and how our families function in the modern day (AKA the bad wives, where our marriages are 50/50!) The three of us vent about recent arguments between our spouses (not everything is always as peachy as you see on instagram) and how we run a household where efforts are equal in all categories. If you had one piece of advice for a new mom, what would it be? The three of us talk about all the things we wish we knew before entering motherhood and what you can expect throughout the journey.  Libby talks about pumping/breastfeeding vs. formula and her postpartum body struggles. Liz talks about how she's getting out of her funk, relationship resentments and her breastfeeding journey and Laura gets into leaving the “baby” stage and opens up about Liam's traumatic birth story.   If you loved this episode, leave us a 5 star review!  Follow us on instagram @badwivesclubpodcast and on tiktok @badwivesclub  --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/badwivesclub/message
