We discuss how we can hold our loved ones going through such losses and what those who experience pregnancy loss do not need to hear. We discuss how grieving this process is necessary and we bring up that you're experience is valid no matter how late or early your loss may have been. We touch on how seeking professional help through a therapist helped Saron and how we can assist those grieving with other children a warm meal and what we can actually say to help these mamas feel held. Saron calls me higher as I unintentionally and as I learn how to be there for these women suggest that a lesson could come be behind it, a true beauty of how we as women can guide each other with such beauty and grace.
