I have 3 things the Cubs have to do in order to make the 2024 MLB playoffs. I didn't say they were easy, I just said I had ways for them to get in the tournament. When I fell in love with the Cubs, I also fell in love with baseball video games. At one point in time, there were several releases each season. As time went on, it became clear one product stood above the rest: Playstation's MLB the Show series.  MLB the Show has been wowing many passerby mistaking the gameplay for a real Major League Baseball broadcast. This past march MLB the Show 24 released. As an avid sports gamer, I jumped right in on release date. But how good IS this game, and how different is this version versus others?
