It's Christmas Day, and The LadyGang is getting brutally honest about why December 25th might actually be the most emotionally confusing day of the year. From post-holiday sadness and “Sunday Scaries energy” to why printers are still the worst technology on earth, this LadyGang Quickie is pure relatable chaos. The girls break down what Santa should have left in their stockings based on their behavior this year, the gifts that would actually prove someone understands them, and the most delusional holiday wishes they have for their partners during the quiet week between Christmas and New Year's. In this special holiday edition of Engage, host First Officer Ryan Argenta sits down with MEC Chairman Captain Eric Criswell for a timely year-end update and message to Delta pilots. Mars has been out of bounds in Sagittarius and connecting with the outer planets, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. It's been impacting our drive and motivation, leading to feelings of overwhelm and extremes in behavior. Luckily, this week Mars entered the sign of Capricorn where he is exalted, aka feeling himself. You might feel like you can finally get some traction with your to-do list. The Sun will also enter Capricorn on Sunday, marking the winter solstice, aka one of the two days of the year when the sun “stands still” and encourages us to pause. The winter solstice is the “longest night of the year” in the Northern Hemisphere encouraging you to turn your focus inward, pull away from the hustle and bustle, at least for a few moments and connect with spirit. The New Moon in Sagittarius arrives right before that, on Friday December 19. At 28 degrees the New Moon in Sagittarius is squaring Saturn and Neptune and inconjunct Uranus. It's a waving green flag to finally make those changes you've been mulling over before the year is out. Patients may inadvertently cling to their pain, viewing it as a form of control or normalcy within a chaotic family structure. Addressing these dynamics sensitively is crucial to effective treatment. **FSM's Unique Approach to Pain and Scar Tissue** FSM offers an innovative way to address pain that stems from scar tissue and inflamed nerves. Traditional medical systems often lack tools to relieve patients from such chronic pain effectively. FSM tackles this issue by focusing on the fundamental cause: the scar tissue within nerves. By addressing these physical barriers, FSM provides relief where standard treatments may falter. **Case Study: Overcoming Chronic Nerve Pain** Consider the scenario of a patient who has undergone multiple surgeries and suffers from persistent sciatica due to scarred nerves. FSM can improve sensation and reduce pain levels by utilizing specific frequencies targeting the affected nerves and their surrounding structures. Through meticulous manipulation and microcurrent application, practitioners can transform a patient's experience from constant unyielding pain to manageable levels, allowing for a renewed quality of life. **Addressing Comorbid Conditions** Pain rarely appears in isolation. Conditions such as kidney toxicity, allergic skin reactions, or systemic causes like inflammation from menopause may exacerbate a patient's situation. FSM can address these underlying issues by employing targeted frequencies that alleviate symptoms and restore balance to affected organs. **The Necessity for Patience in Treatment** A critical element of successful FSM treatment is patience—for both the practitioner and the patient. Chronic conditions often require multiple sessions to achieve notable improvements. Encouraging patients to trust the process and embrace incremental progress is vital to successful outcomes. **Special Considerations: Allergies and Autoimmunity** When dealing with conditions like allergic skin rashes, it's crucial to address both the symptomology and the immune system's overreaction. By running sequences that mitigate allergic responses and enhance vagus nerve function, FSM can provide relief from chronic allergic manifestations. **The Role of the Practitioner: Creating Customized Solutions** Medical practitioners are encouraged to incorporate FSM by tailoring it to the unique needs of each patient. The versatility of FSM's frequency applications allows clinicians to craft individualized treatment protocols—ranging from sciatica pain management to addressing internal organ complications like kidney stones or interstitial cystitis.

The lights are up, the markets are humming, and we're taking a quiet moment to say thank you. This festive check-in is our love letter to the UK travel community that carried us through a milestone year—every listen, share, question, and review made the journey brighter and bolder. We share the simple joys that make a British Christmas feel special: mince pies in a cosy pub, the pop of a cracker and those wobbly paper crowns, twinkling streets in market towns, and the King's Speech as a gentle pause in the day. Think of it as a pocket guide to seasonal atmosphere—small rituals that turn a winter trip into a memory you'll reach for again and again. You'll also hear from friends who bring the UK to life on the ground. Sally Ann from North Coast Explorer Tours beams in from Scotland's far north with stories of puffins, dolphins, red deer, rainbows, sunsets, and sometimes the northern lights, plus winter's quieter pleasures of coastal walks and fireside evenings. Lisa at Go Cotswolds sends warm wishes and an open door for 2026, reminding us why stone villages and rolling paths never lose their magic. And from the capital, Discover Real London shares a cheerful London welcome for the year ahead. XFA Cars rounds things out with practical holiday travel cheer - stay safe, keep plans flexible, and let the festive spirit lead the way. We're taking a short break to enjoy the holidays, then we're back with our final show of 2025: a lively roundup of standout moments, UK travel highlights, and a peek behind the scenes at the numbers you helped us hit. If you're planning a winter trip, this update is a warm nudge toward the best of the season - lights, markets, and the joy of slowing down in places that reward unhurried wandering. If this little festive postcard made you smile, follow the show, share it with a friend who loves the UK, and leave a quick review. What's the one British holiday tradition you can't wait to try?
