Manchester City have lodged a £106m offer for Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson that could reach £120m with add-ons according to Jack Gaughan and Tom Collomosse in the in Daily Mail, David Ornstein of The Athletic and Fabrizio Romano.
