Percy has confirmed that the Reds are close to securing new contracts for key defenders Neco Williams and Ola Aina, with talks progressing well to extend their stays at the City Ground beyond their current deals set to expire next year. Wolfie dives into what this means for squad stability as Nuno Espírito Santo prepares for the Europa Conference League campaign, celebrating the retention of these fan favourites. The exciting news doesn't stop there—Percy also sheds light on the imminent arrivals of Brazilian duo Jair Cunha and Igor Jesus from Botafogo, with medicals scheduled post-Club World Cup and a £30m deal nearing completion. Matt Davies is joined by Michael Temple and Nottingham Forest legend Garry Birtles to discuss the latest Reds news, including Newcastle United's interest in Anthony Elanga and the need for Morgan Gibbs-White, Ola Aina, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Neco Williams to sign new contracts. We'll also discuss the possibility that Forest could play in the Europa League at Crystal Palace's expense and the use of Gibbs-White in England's win over Andorra. #NFFC #nottinghamforest
As the race for the Champions' League gets ever tighter, Forest will probably be happy with a point from this one. They played some nice stuff and looked more composed in the first half, with Sangaré partnering Anderson in central midfield. After falling behind to Eberechi Eze's penalty, Murillo deflected Neco Williams' wayward shot for a quick response. Steven and George discuss the game and whether this was a deserved point or a lucky escape. We also have a view from the home fans, from Palace Mad Mason. Join Wolfie on Forest Fan TV for an in-depth match reaction to Nottingham Forest's 0-2 defeat against Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-final yesterday, at Wembley Stadium. The Reds' dream of reaching their first FA Cup final since 1959 was dashed as City's Rico Lewis struck inside two minutes, followed by a thumping header from Josko Gvardiol shortly after halftime. Despite a spirited second-half fightback—where Forest hit the woodwork three times, twice through Morgan Gibbs-White, and once via Taiwo Awoniyi—they couldn't find a way past a clinical City side. Wolfie also dives into a recurring issue for Forest this season: why do they only seem to play well in one half? The second half showed their potential, with Anthony Elanga's pace causing problems and Gibbs-White nearly pulling one back, but it was too little, too late. Was it a tactical misstep from Nuno Espírito Santo, or did the occasion overwhelm a Forest side playing only their second match at the ‘new' Wembley since 2007? With key players like Ola Aina doubtful due to injury and Ryan Yates and Neco Williams absent through suspension, Forest struggled to match City's intensity early on. Looking ahead, Wolfie discusses what this result means for the rest of Forest's season as they refocus on their surprising Premier League campaign. Currently 6th in the table, the Reds are in a strong position to secure Champions League qualification, a feat that seemed unthinkable after last season's relegation scrap. However, with five ‘cup finals' left in the league, as Gibbs-White put it, can Forest channel their second-half resilience into consistent performances? How will this loss impact their momentum, and what lessons can they take into their remaining games? Share your thoughts on the match, Forest's approach, and their chances for the season in the comments below—we'd love to hear from you! #nffc #mancity #facup Learn more about your ad choices. WOOF! Forest are going to Wembley! The Reds once again went through extra-time and penalties, and once again came out victorious as skipper Ryan Yates tucked away the last spot kick and sent Forest into the FA Cup semi-final, to play Manchester City. The match itself was not big on chances, but in truth Forest were the better team and mostly in control, although extra time had a few hairy moments. Then, despite Neco Williams' miss, Matz Sels, the captain, as well as Anderson, Hudson-Odoi and Milenković did the rest. Rich Ferraro is joined by a very excited George Edwards to report on the match, with a very magnanimous view from the home end by Brighton fan Rick. Max Hayes is joined by regular to the podcast David Boledman to discuss the latest links surrounding Forest with Danilo and Neco William attracting interest. The pair also answer your Forest related questions as the new season fast approaches...
Nottingham Forest is facing significant interest in some of its key players. In this video, we dive deep into three potential exits that could reshape the squad for the upcoming season. AC Milan has reportedly added Forest's midfield dynamo Danilo to their list of potential targets. The Brazilian has impressed since his arrival at the City Ground, and it's no surprise that the Rossoneri are interested. How serious is this interest, and what would it mean for Forest if Danilo were to make a move to the San Siro? Newcastle United remains keen on securing the services of Anthony Elanga. The talented winger, who joined Forest from Manchester United, has caught the eye of the Magpies with his pace and versatility. Will Forest be able to hold on to him, or is a move to St. James' Park on the horizon? Italian side Atalanta recently submitted a bid for Forest's dynamic right-back Neco Williams. However, the offer was swiftly rejected, indicating Forest's determination to keep hold of the Welsh international. But with the transfer window still open, could Atalanta return with an improved offer? Let us know what you think about all the potential exits and we also have news of a new arrival at the City Ground, so don't forget to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE to Forest Fan TV. #nffc #newcastleunited #acmilan ⭐
Nottingham Forest is reportedly eyeing a sensational move for Barcelona's Brazilian wonderkid, Vitor Roque. The 18-year-old forward, who has been hailed as one of Brazil's brightest young talents, only joined Barcelona in January 2024. However, due to Barcelona's ongoing financial difficulties, the Catalan giants might be open to letting the youngster go, despite his immense potential and the club's initial plans to integrate him into their future lineup. Barcelona's financial situation is far from stable. The club has been grappling with significant debt and salary cap restrictions, which have forced them to reconsider their transfer strategies and squad investments. With limited options to balance their books, Barcelona might be compelled to sell some of their promising young talents, including Roque, who could command a significant transfer fee in the market, with reports suggesting a fee around £25m. We also updates on some potential outgoings, with details of the Neco Williams transfer to Italian club Atlanta, as it has been revealed by football transfer guru Fabrizio Romano that Williams remains a target for Atlanta, even thought their initial bid was rejected. Forest have also set their price for Brazilian midfielder Danilo so let us know your thoughts on all todays news, and don't forget to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE to Forest Fan TV. #nffc #barcelona #premierleague ⭐⭐⚽⚽⭐⭐FOOTBALL PRIZES⭐⭐⚽⚽⭐⭐ Win a Signed Framed Nuno & Awoniyi Forest Shirt! In this video, we dive deep into the potential exit of Nottingham Forest's talented right-back, Neco Williams. The Welsh international has been attracting significant interest from several top clubs across Europe, and with a new agent could the defender be looking for an exit from the City Ground this summer? Nottingham Forest recently turned down a bid from West Ham United for Neco Williams. Despite their strong interest, the offer did not meet Forest's valuation of the player, and Forest were not keen on a player exchange offer. But news today hints at a number of clubs across Europe who are keeping an eye on Williams, with AC Milan, Bayer Leverkusen, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur said to be monitoring the situation. With questions being asked about the transfer of Vlachodimas to Newcastle United for a reported £20m plus, there is talk today that the Premier League might still investiate the details of this transfer along with the signing of Elliot Anderson to Nottingham Forest. After Luton Town lost to Wolves on Saturday afternoon, Nottingham Forest headed into Sundays match against Premier League champions Manchester City knowing any points gained would be massive in the survival race. However with goals from Gvardiol and Haaland, Man City kept their title dreams on course and Forest again kicked the can down the road into the final 3 games of the season. With zero points to show for their effort the players should take some confidence out of Sunday's performance, as Forest create more chances against a City team than a majority of other teams have all season, and if Chris Wood had his shooting boots on the game could have gone differently. But with potentials injuries to key players Neco Williams and Murillo, could this game have cost us more in the long term, with a key match next weekend against already relegated Sheffield. Reprezentacja Polski pewnie wygrała z Estonią 5:1 i we wtorek w Cardiff zagra z Walią w bezpośrednim meczu o awans na tegoroczne mistrzostwa Europy.
Another week and yet another bad decision for Nottingham Forest by Premier League referees, but is this the main reason why Forest lost 1-0 to Brighton on Sunday afternoon? Jakub Moder's sliding tackle on Neco Williams in the 67th was deemed not enough for VAR to overturn the onfield decision of a yellow card. After defeat to Brighton by one goal to nil it leaves Forest 3 points off the relegation zone, with a massive game on the horizon against fellow strugglers Luton, and with the impending point deductions expected in the next week Forest could find themselves in the bottom three before they take to the pitch against Luton next Saturday. In this video we will dissect the performance of the team against Brighton and look at whether the reason for the defeat was the poor VAR decision or was Nuno to blame for making some strange selection choices. Well, that felt good didn't it? A strong performance by the Reds at home to hapless West Ham was capped by a goal in stoppage time at the end of each half by Taiwo Awoniyi and Callum Hudson-Odoi respectively. Forest had much to be pleased about, and will only wish that they had scored the five or six goals that they threatened, with keeper Alphonse Areola the strongest player for the visitors. Baz is joined by Adam to discuss the game, the performance, the goals and yet another penalty not give by the ref or VAR. Despite a creditable performance, it was another home defeat for the Reds as they lacked quality in both boxes. Richarlison scored in first half stoppage time before Dejan Kulusevski embarrassed Matt Turner to double the lead. Yves Bissouma's red card could have offered Forest a lifeline, but Harry Toffolo and Neco Williams were unfortunate to be denied by visiting keeper Vicario. Rich Ferraro is joined by Baz to discuss the game, with a view from the away end by JP from The Cheese Room Podcast.
