Counting the days till Halloween... Kat and Leslie are back with episode #58, a whole show full of spooky season pre-gaming goodness!

Late, on a Saturday night... Kat and Leslie settle in to tell some crime and ghostly tales. Kat shares the history and hautings of The Shanley Hotel, and Leslie talks about the story behind Nirvana's song "Polly". And we are amazed... because a few days ago, we hit 2000 followers on Instagram, and we're terrified! Thank you for all the support and enthusiasm, it means the world to us both.

So much to talk about, today! Where shall we start? Mercury is in Retrograde... and everyone’s losing their minds, more so than usual. So, Kat and Leslie have a big ol’ conversation about lots o’ stuff. Kat shares info on the Batcheller Mansion Inn, and Leslie talks about two local cases - that are currently in court: (kidnapper and rapist) ...Michael Ciskiewic. And the attack on Jessica Cameron, who was almost burned to death.  

Kat and Leslie start by spilling some the tea... and then, ONWARD to the true crime, ghosts, and otherworldly weirdness. Leslie talks about the Don Jail in Toronto, Ontario, and Kat talks about haunted diners, inns, cemeteries of the Adirondack region. It's freezing here in Buffalo, so we're keeping ourselves warm with some tales of the paranormal, and true crime. Tonight, on episode #35, Kat tells everyone about a spooky haunted manor, and Leslie talks about murder victim, Kathy Kolodziej, a case that's been cold for over 40 years.

Yay! We survived 2019, and all it's challenges. We barely survived the holidays... so we're back with a bullet. Kat spooks everyone out with stories of the ghosts that inhabit the Sagamore Hotel. And Leslie once again, disappoints everyone, by again proving bad things do indeed happen in Canada. She tells the unfortunate story of Christine Jessop, a cold case; her murderer has yet to be caught.

Episode #33 - "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Fuck This" - During our attempt at a "holiday episode", Leslie tells the story of the December 1995 cold case murder of Ernest "Bobby" Crawford - who was from Buffalo, NY. And Kat shares her tale of the haunted Hotel Saranac, in Saranac NY. Merry Creepmas, everyone!

And to help us celebrate, we've brought a special guest on, Mr. Patrick Keller, of The Big Seance Podcast. And together, The Living Dead Girls, and a true Paranerd extraordinaire, tell some spooky stories, and have a chuckle or two.

Episode #29: Halloween Homecoming 2019 - Part 1 ...with special guest Amy (AmylynnAmylynn). Kat discusses spooky Fort Ticonderoga, Amy tells the tale of "The Trick or Treat Slaying", and Leslie educates the masses on The Burning Times, and what would get you accused of being a Witch, and consequently executed. 

Episode #28: Not Exactly Wrapped in Plastic   Kat and Leslie bring it all back to New York! Kat tells the story of the Brightside Hotel, on Raquet Lake (in the Adirondack Mountains), and Leslie tells the fateful tale of Hazel Drew, from Sand Lake, NY... the story that inspired Twin Peaks.

Episode #27 is a truly special episode... Leslie and Kat welcome not one, but two special guests: Jess and Mikel Doktor, and the whole show becomes a #murderparanerdo extravaganza. Topics include: The Big Moose Lake Murder, the odd death of actor Jack Nance, and some history on a popular old building in Buffalo, Laughlin's.

And Kat talks about the strangely haunted Barkeaters Chocolate shop, in North Creek, New York (up towards the Adirondacks Mountains.          

We've made it to episode #25! During this installment of ghosts n' murder, Kat tells everyone the tale of the White Lady of Rochester NY, and Leslie talks about the long standing double murder cold case of Grimes Sisters.          

It's a long-established fact of crime: it tends to happen more when it's warmer. So, since it's summer, and our one year anniversary (unbelievable!) during this episode, Kat, Leslie, and their special guest, Grace (from the podcast 'What's Blood Got to Do With It') talk up some summertime atrocities. Note: we had some sound/technical difficulties, and unfortunately, we have no auto for Kat. So, we did some editing, and Kat is making a separate video, so her story can still be experienced, outside of this episode. Mercury in Retrograde strikes again! Dun dun dun!

Episode #23: "We didn't make him for you!"   Ah ha! Another Monday has arrived. Boo, hissssssss. During episode #23, Kat discusses the bizarre phenomenon of cat mutilations (FYI we love cats!) and Leslie (who can no longer drink milk after this episode) talks about serial killer, Robert Garrow.

During episode #22, Leslie talks about the Immaculate Heart of Mary Home for Children, in Cheektowaga, NY. And Kat tells the tale of the "Norwich Goth Strangler" aka: Kris Prudhomme.

During episode #21,(which is also available as a Facebook live video, over on Think Twice Radio's streaming Facebook page), Kat tells the listeners spooky Skin Walker tales, and Leslie talks about the cold case of the murder of Sister Cathy Cesnik.

Episode #20: The Fluffernutter Episode? With special guest: Amy Duengfelder (aka: AmyLynnAmyLynn). During this episode, Kat shares a listener's creepy doll story, Leslie talks about the missing person/cold case of Morgan Bauer, and Amy tells the tale of The Pigman of Holland Road, in Angola NY. 

#MurderParaNerdos UNITE, for yet another episode of Living Dead Girls. During this our 19th episode (not our 18th episode), Kat shares a haunting tale of... a haunting... in Alaska. And Leslie goes into great detail, about Canadian murderer, Luka Rocco Magnotta. Also: pardon us, we clearly can't pronounce anything right!  

Episode #18 ... ghosts, are they real? Is paranormal... normal? Kat asks these questions and more. And of course, some true crime discussion: Leslie talks about a long standing local cold case - the murder of Adam Adamski. PS: Happy Birthday to Kat 13!

Spring has sprung, and we've made it to episode #17! During this episode, Leslie talks about convicted murder/rapist, Matthew Hoffman, and Kat scares everyone into avoiding Lake Erie, by talking about Lake Erie Bessie.

After a brief hiatus - while we hunkered down, and survived 85 mph winds and other Buffalo winter insanity, we're back... boy, are we ever! During this episode, Leslie talks about 'The Dating Game Killer', Randy Alcala, and Kat scares everyone with the tale of the Sallie House.

During episode #15: Kat opens things up, by being a full on murderino AND paranerd (so... a murderparanerdo) and discusses The Villisca Axe Murder House in Iowa, and Leslie discusses two local murder exoneration cases. Side note: huge thanks to our latest Patrons, we greatly appreciate you!

During episode #14, Kat talks all about creepy "haunted" objects, and Leslie shares the story of Monsignor Francis J.V. O'Connor, a long standing cold case, from Buffalo, NY.
