It is up to us to heal our sh*t so we can better support our small humans.     - It is perfectly OK to not have all of the answers, I am not the same person I was a year ago and neither are you. Not Every Story is Linear

This week I share about the struggles & challenges of entrepreneurship and being a multipassionate human. As someone who has always had a lot of desires pulling me a lot of different directions, this journey hasn't been one that has worked start - to - finish. But rather back and forth. As I get better at tuning into my inner guidance system I realize that the keys and clues have always been there, I've just been too distracted to see them. So take this as your reminder that your story isn't always going to be linear, it's not always going to follow a clear path at all times, but in the end, you will always end up where you are supposed to be. Follow along on the next chapter of this journey with meConnect with me online: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/womenunbound/?hl=enTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@unboundcoachingFacebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/982176782207984

Setting boundaries is terrifying to begin with, it's extra hard when it's family. After years of grief and hurt, I finally cut ties with my Dads side of the family, and I did it over Facebook. It was terrifying and healing and brutal all at the same time. I share about why I came to this point, how I did it & wrap it all up with a big reminder: You are not responsible for maintaining a relationship with the people who let you down as a child. Let them go and let your inner child grieve the loss. Apply for my 1:1 Coaching Program https://forms.gle/mjFZM6DVX6EK9ve27Connect with me online: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/womenunbound/?hl=enTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@unboundcoachingFacebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/982176782207984

In this weeks episode, I share about not realizing I was burnt out until I hit my breaking point, and how I had been experiencing burnout for a lot longer than I had realized. If you are experiencing burnout, you are not alone. It can feel so isolating to be in this state of exhaustion, and often you feel trapped by the situation, but you don't need to. In my case, I decided it was time to leave the job that I loved very much and take the risk on myself to start my business fully. Thank you for being here, if the episode resonated with you, please screenshot & share it on your socials. How to Become a Sucsessful Adult

As children and teenagers, we wait for this lightbulb moment of "oh, I feel like a grown up, now." A moment that likely, never comes. Instead we spend much of our time feeling a bit like we are playing pretend.I spent most of my early 20's binge drinking, eating food that didn't feel good, rolling out of bed 10 minutes before work and running out the door just in time for work. In the last two years I've spent a lot of my time working to getting my life together, and figuring out how to be an adult. This is what much of my work is rooted in, and so I gathered some thoughts on things that I've changed in my life to create that feeling of "having my sh/t together" and I'm here to share them with youConnect online: Instagram: www.instagram.com/womenunboundFacebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/982176782207984Intro music by Purple Planet

    Children On The Internet

This weeks episode is part 1 of a 2 part series where Kaela shares her experiences with predators and grooming. She explains why her experiences on the internet as a young person with a very active and engaged parent have shown her there is no way for the Internet to be a safe space for children. Starting on twitter as young as 12 years old, Kaela experienced grooming and predatory behavior from strangers regularly well into her late teens, including sending and receiving mature content, engaging in 'sexting' and sharing personal information with multiple strangers despite being taught better. This is not an observation or critique of anybody's parenting, including her own Mums, rather this is her way of taking the power in the situation and using her experience to educate parents that may not know how easy it is for their children to hide these things.
