In a lawsuit filed in October 2024, a personal trainer, identified as "John Doe," accused Sean "Diddy" Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting him during an after-party at Combs' Los Angeles mansion in June 2022. The trainer alleged that upon arrival, he was asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement and was given a drink that caused him to feel disoriented and weak. He claimed that Combs led him to a room where multiple individuals, including celebrities, were engaged in sexual activities. The trainer asserted that Combs removed his pants and performed non-consensual oral sex on him, then directed him to perform similar acts on another male celebrity. He described feeling incapacitated and unable to resist, stating that he was "passed around like a party favor" for others' sexual gratification. The lawsuit further alleged that the trainer experienced periods of unconsciousness during the assaults and later found himself outside his apartment without his shirt or phone, with no recollection of how he got there. He claimed that the incident led to severe emotional distress and financial losses. The lawsuit included a photograph of a container allegedly used by Combs or his associates to administer gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB), a substance often linked to drug-facilitated sexual assault. Combs' legal team denied the allegations, labeling them as false and publicity-driven.(commercial at 7:58)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:gov.uscourts.nysd.630243.1.0.pdfBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

#crimechatwithnatandkat presents Episode 131: Downfall of an Heir ~ A Crime & Cosmetics Segment! Popularizing the term "make-up," Max Factor created an epic cosmetics company from the ground up! Nearly 100 years later, his great-grandson, Andrew Luster, was arrested for drugging and raping a 21-year-old college student. Further investigation revealed that Luster drugged multiple women with Liquid X, the date-rape drug GHB, sexually assaulted them, and recorded the assaults on video while his victims were passed out. In the middle of his December 2002 trial, Luster was given $1 million bail then failed to appear in court, fleeing his conviction where he was sentenced in absentia to 124 years in prison. Luster's legal case earned major attention due to his family's wealth, and in January 2003, the FBI issued a warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution. Luster was found in June of 2003 by Dog the Bounty Hunter, Duane Chapman, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where he was handed over to American authorities. In an emotional interview, host John Sherman interviews Poornima Rao and Balaji Ramamurthy, the parents of Suchir Balaji. (FULL INTERVIEW STARTS AT 00:18:38)Suchir Balaji was a 26-year-old artificial intelligence researcher who worked at OpenAI. He was involved in developing models like GPT-4 and WebGPT. In October 2024, he publicly accused OpenAI of violating U.S. copyright laws by using proprietary data to train AI models, arguing that such practices harmed original content creators. His essay, "When does generative AI qualify for fair use?", gained attention and was cited in ongoing lawsuits against OpenAI. Suchir left OpenAI in August 2024, expressing concerns about the company's ethics and the potential harm of AI to humanity. He planned to start a nonprofit focused on machine learning and neuroscience. On October 23, 2024 he was featured in the New York Times speaking out against OpenAI.On November 26, 2024, he was found dead in his San Francisco apartment from a gunshot wound. The initial autopsy ruled it a suicide, noting the presence of alcohol, amphetamines, and GHB in his system. However, his parents contested this finding, commissioning a second autopsy that suggested a second gunshot wound was missed in the initial examination. They also pointed to other injuries and questioned the presence of GHB, suggesting foul play. Despite these claims, authorities reaffirmed the suicide ruling. The case has attracted public attention, with figures like Elon Musk and Congressman Ro Khanna calling for further investigation.Suchir's parents continue to push for justice and truth.Suchir's Website:https://suchir.net/fair_use.htmlFOR HUMANITY MONTHLY DONATION SUBSCRIPTION LINKS:$1 MONTH https://buy.stripe.com/7sI3cje3x2Zk9SodQT$10 MONTH https://buy.stripe.com/5kAbIP9Nh0Rc4y46oo$25 MONTH https://buy.stripe.com/3cs9AHf7B9nIggM4gh$100 MONTH https://buy.stripe.com/aEU007bVp7fAfcI5kmLethal Intelligence AI - Home https://lethalintelligence.aiBUY LOUIS BERMAN'S NEW BOOK ON AMAZON!!!https://a.co/d/8WSNNuoGet Involved!EMAIL JOHN: forhumanitypodcast@gmail.comSUPPORT PAUSE AI: https://pauseai.info/SUPPORT STOP AI: https://www.stopai.info/SUBSCRIBE TO LIRON SHAPIRA'S DOOM DEBATES on YOUTUBE! / @doomdebates

Degens Andy S and Brandon Bombay crank the track "Pony" on repeat as they groove while talking about 'Magic Mike.' Andy is the first to the stage, as he recalls a time when he was calorie-counting, much like the strippers in this film, and switched from booze to GHB to disastrous results. Then the boys get into the nitty gritty and immediately air their grievance over the lack of dong for a movie based on the lives of male strippers. It may be remembered for indelible dance sequences, of which there are plenty, but the movie is less a party flick and more of a character study about handsome men from modest beginnings who are attempting to better their situation. Steven Soderbergh is commenting on the illusion of financial upward mobility in America, and he just recruited gorgeous humans to tell his tale. That includes Alex "The Kid" Pettyfer, who is hilariously tasked with trying to pick up women at the bar with his chiseled model-like looks. Make sure you stay for the whole stage show, as this episode starts off unhinged and only gets spicier from there.

Hosts Christopher White and Max Thomas welcome Rory, also known as DJ R Squared, to the podcast. Rory, a young recovering addict, shares his journey through addiction and recovery, bringing a fresh perspective on the struggles many young people face today. At 27, Rory is relatively new to recovery, having been sober for 139 days at the time of recording. He explains how many young people feel trapped in the party culture promoted on social media, unaware that recovery is an option. The hosts emphasise that while social media can provide temporary motivation, long-term recovery requires structured programmes like the 12-step fellowship.Rory reflects on his early struggles with self-loathing, anxiety, and escapism through gaming, fitness, and later, substance use. His father's affair and subsequent move to New Zealand deeply affected him, though he buried his emotions at the time. At university, he became immersed in the party scene, starting an events company and DJing while using substances to cope. Eventually, his drug use escalated, leading to a near-fatal overdose on GHB, which served as a wake-up call. The turning point came when a friend told him, "You're not well," and connected him with a mentor in recovery. Nervous but determined, Rory attended his first meeting and found solace in hearing others' experiences. Now actively working the 12 steps, he attends meetings, has a sponsor, and is making amends. He remains committed to his DJ career, proving that sobriety doesn't mean giving up on passion or social life. The episode closes with a message of hope: recovery is possible for anyone willing to put in the work. Rory expresses gratitude for his journey and the support he's received, while the hosts praise his commitment. They remind listeners that prioritising recovery leads to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Drink spiking is on the rise and extremely underreported. More than 90% of people who suspected their drink was spiked didn't report the incident to the hospital, police, or venue. Nearly 11 million women in the US have been sexually assaulted while drunk or drugged. Drink spiking is so common yet so underreported due to lack of awareness, shame/embarrassment, memory loss, fear of retaliation, lack of evidence and or legal/social barriers. 50% of women and men surveyed had their drink spiked at least once. 37% had their drinks spiked multiple times. 72% of people don't know what to do in a spiking situation and when victims DO go to the hospital they're often turned away unless there are signs of rape or assault. These drugs are sheer assault weapons and can be used for serious crimes. They are very expensive to screen so while you can get screened for marijuana in almost every medical facility, most hospitals don't have screens for some of the most common date rape drugs: Rohypnol, Ketamine and GHB. We'll hear from several people who say they were roofied and it was way worse than any hangover – symptoms of vomiting, blacking out, low pulse, weak heart rate and shallow breathing. We'll feature a test strip demo and other solutions. Adi Jaffe grew up as a privileged kid, first in Israel, then in Southern California. So how did he go from being a “good little jewish boy” (as he describes himself!) to finding himself up with a SWAT team in his face one day after waking up from a crystal-meth and GHB induced haze?Adi's story is a cautionary tale of getting caught up in addiction… of trying to “escape” living in reality… of trying to “fit in.” Once he began selling drugs, his life devolved quickly… he went from being a typical college student to finding himself literally banned from Beverly Hills, and living a life he likens to the one depicted in the movie, Scarface. He's been hogtied and robbed. He found himself carrying a sawed-off shotgun. His life - to put it simply - was a mess. And it only got worse with that SWAT team, which was followed by an arrest that landed him in jail for over a year.Fast forward to today: Adi has a beautiful life. He lives with his beautiful wife and adorable children in the Hollywood Hills. He helps people fix their lives, using the Ph.D. he earned from UCLA's top-rated doctoral program in psychology (where he graduated with honors!). He's a best-selling author with his first book The Abstinence Myth, and just released his second book Unhooked: Free Yourself From Addiction Forever. So how on earth did this powerhouse move from POINT A to POINT B with such drastic improvement? And could he help YOU do it too?Tune in to hear the whole story… and why he believes that gratitude played a central role in his transformation and daily glow-up.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands

My guest this week is Sam Lander who hit rock bottom when she was sent to prison. In this episode:- Sam's first drink was in 7th grade and her first drug use (weed) in 8th grade. From there she progressed to heavy substance use, including GHB, cocaine, and meth. She was blackout drinking and using drugs to alter her state of mind. Despite her addiction, she was high functioning – she was a varsity athlete, spinning instructor, and held down various jobs. Her turning point was certainly a dramatic one – a SWAT Raid of her home which led to a 27 month prison sentence Even in prison she didn't get clean Eventually Sam accepted that her life was unmanageable and went to rehab She describes her rehab experience as liberating - experiencing joy and laughter again!. She was sober for 13 years but then had a relapse due to struggles with motherhood, marriage and isolation Sam was drinking a bottle of gin a day throughout Covid As her addiction got worse she lost some people close to her and she finally realised what was blocking her recovery She wasn't doing the work and realised that she was lacking the humility she needed Sams relapse after 13 years is such a warning sign to those of us that have clocked up years of sobriety – if we still see alcohol as a way to relieve our struggles then we are at risk The key is to develop alternative coping mechanism so that we don't go to our default and seek a way to numb out from our problems These days Sam has clocked up more than a year of sobriety, focusing on daily gratitude and service work She is now a Health Coach and helps women to address their health:-  Gut health Hormone imbalances and Stress management She combines nutrition, functional lab testing, and personalized programs. She also encourages clean eating, proper supplementation, and weightlifting for sustainable health. She had some advice:- For those struggling: Be vulnerable and admit you need help – there is no shame in seeking support. First-year sobriety struggles: Address gut health, nutrient deficiencies, and underlying issues. For those having sugar cravings: Use natural alternatives like honey, maple syrup, and balanced meals. Her take on exercise is that its key: Start slow, prioritize weightlifting, and integrate daily movement like walking. Sam Offers free health clarity calls to assess needs and recommend lab tests. A man accusing music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault has spoken out for the first time, detailing the alleged events from one of Combs' exclusive White Parties in East Hampton, New York. The man, referred to as "John Doe," shared his story anonymously with CNN, describing the alleged 2007 incident that has profoundly impacted his life. “The full gravity of it lives with me to this day,” Doe stated. “It affects every single thing you do for the rest of your life.” Doe claims he was working as a security guard at Combs' estate during the high-profile White Party, a series of events hosted by the music producer between 1998 and 2009. According to his civil suit, filed in October, Doe alleges that Combs provided him with drinks laced with GHB and ecstasy, leaving him feeling “extremely ill” and unable to stand. He recounted to CNN that after consuming the second drink, he initially believed Combs was expressing concern for his well-being. However, he claims Combs pushed him into a stationary SUV and sexually assaulted him. “The two drinks felt more like 15,” he said. “It was just an amazing level of incapacitation that I had never experienced before, and I felt powerless.” (GRAPHIC CONTENT COMING) Doe described the alleged assault as “incredibly painful” and said he was “screaming” during the incident. He added, “It was abusive beyond belief.” The lawsuit also claims a well-known celebrity witnessed the assault and reacted with amusement, though Doe did not name the individual. In the aftermath of the alleged attack, Doe reported the incident to his supervisor at the security firm. He claims the supervisor promised to address the matter with Combs but that he was subsequently blacklisted from the company. The lawsuit seeks compensatory and punitive damages for the alleged assault, which Doe says has affected his personal and professional life. “It impacts everything, including my relationships,” he said. When questioned by CNN, several discrepancies in Doe's story were noted. The lawsuit originally stated the assault occurred in 2006, but Doe later said it was in 2007. Additionally, while Doe told CNN the incident affected his marriage, the lawsuit claims he was never married. Doe's attorney attributed the errors to a rush to file the complaint and has since amended it with the court. Combs' representatives declined to comment on the allegations when approached by CNN. The Daily Beast also reached out for a statement but has yet to receive a response. The accusations come as Sean “Diddy” Combs faces increased scrutiny over allegations of sexual misconduct and abuse, with multiple lawsuits and claims surfacing in recent months. This case is being closely watched as it unfolds, adding to the growing number of high-profile allegations within the entertainment industry. Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Sean “Diddy” Combs Accuser Speaks Out For First Time

Federal agents call it a "house of horrors," but for Sean “Diddy” Combs, it was home. As headlines blaze with accusations of drug-fueled assaults, coercion, and the systematic abuse of power, the world watches a man once heralded as a music mogul fight to clear his name. “At first, he was incredibly friendly,” the anonymous accuser said in a haunting interview that aired this morning on CNN. This accuser, identified in court filings as John Doe, recounted the evening he crossed paths with Combs at an exclusive Hamptons party. Doe had been hired as a security guard, ensuring the safety of guests at one of Combs' famed soirées. The evening began innocuously enough, with glamorous attendees and glasses of champagne flowing freely. Combs, the host, was charming—gracious even. But by Doe's account, that charm soon twisted into something far more sinister. “The first drink started to have some effect on me,” Doe recalled. “I thought, ‘Wow, these are really strong drinks.' But it wasn't until the second drink that it was already too late.” ## Allegations of Drugging and Assault In the federal complaint filed earlier this fall, Doe alleges that Combs or his associates laced his drink with a cocktail of drugs, including GHB and ecstasy. What followed, he claims, was a chilling sequence of events that left him forever changed. “He was watching,” Doe told the interviewer. “Waiting from a vantage point until I was helpless. Once he knew he had power over me, he took full advantage.” The complaint paints a horrifying picture of Doe being forced into a van, where he says the music mogul sexually assaulted him. Through tears, Doe described the assault as “abusive beyond belief,” adding, “I was screaming, begging him to stop. He acted like it was nothing, completely disconnected.” ## An Expanding Case This case, explosive in its details, represents just one of over 120 allegations now leveled against Combs. Among them are accusations involving minors, with at least 25 complainants claiming they were underage when the alleged assaults occurred. Federal prosecutors have called the claims a “pattern of behavior,” alleging that Combs leveraged his immense wealth and influence to operate what they describe as a criminal enterprise designed to exploit and silence his victims. The investigation took a dramatic turn earlier this year when federal agents executed search warrants at Combs' Miami and Los Angeles properties. Homeland Security agents seized phones, firearms, and other evidence while questioning witnesses on allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and narcotics distribution. Law enforcement sources say the raids uncovered disturbing links between Combs' inner circle and illicit activities allegedly tied to his sprawling business empire. One of Combs' associates, Brendan Paul, was arrested during the Miami raid on suspicion of drug possession. Though Paul has since entered a diversion program, his arrest has cast a long shadow over the case, raising questions about who else within Combs' orbit might face legal jeopardy. Details from the raids themselves were unsettling. Witnesses described agents storming the properties with a military-level presence, a move criticized by Combs' legal team as excessive. Phones, laptops, and personal files were seized, all of which prosecutors claim contain damning evidence. Reports suggest that these devices may hold communications and media that corroborate accusers' claims, further tightening the legal noose around Combs. Combs' legal team, led by high-profile attorney Marc Agnifilo, has fiercely denied the accusations. “These are meritless claims from individuals looking for a payday,” Agnifilo stated. “Sean Combs is innocent and will fight these baseless allegations with every fiber of his being.” But the denials have done little to quell public outrage. Last week, attorney Tony Buzbee held a press conference announcing that dozens of new victims had come forward. “The scope of these allegations is staggering,” Buzbee said, detailing claims ranging from drug-facilitated rape to the dissemination of compromising video recordings. “This is not just about one man's misconduct; this is about a system of abuse designed to protect the powerful at the expense of the vulnerable.” Public opinion appears to be shifting. While some fans and colleagues have rallied to Combs' defense, others have expressed shock and disappointment. Comedian Jeff Wittek recently shared his own unsettling experience at one of Combs' infamous “freak off” parties. “It was like something out of a movie,” Wittek said on his podcast. “I saw things that night I'll never forget. It was just crazy.” These “freak off” parties, long whispered about in entertainment circles, are now under intense scrutiny. Former attendees have come forward describing wild scenes, some of which reportedly included illicit substances and predatory behavior. Prosecutors are said to be investigating whether these gatherings were used to recruit or groom victims, further expanding the case's scope. Even as the allegations pile up, Combs remains steadfast in his declarations of innocence. Speaking through his attorney, he described the federal investigation as a “witch hunt” driven by media sensationalism. His mother, Janice Small Combs, echoed that sentiment, calling the allegations “a public lynching.” The music mogul's defense has also highlighted inconsistencies in some accusers' stories, with Agnifilo pointing out a few instances where timelines or details have conflicted. “We're confident that these discrepancies will ultimately discredit the claims,” Agnifilo said. However, legal experts caution that such arguments may not hold up against the weight of overwhelming evidence if the seized materials substantiate key allegations. But with the trial looming and prosecutors reportedly building a robust case, the stakes for Combs couldn't be higher. He faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and obstruction of justice, among others. If convicted, he could spend the rest of his life behind bars. For now, the world waits. Will the evidence reveal a predator who abused his power for decades, or will Combs emerge vindicated, his reputation scarred but intact? The next phase of this trial promises to reveal whether the accusations hold the weight of undeniable truth or crumble under scrutiny. One thing is certain: this story, already shocking in its revelations, is far from over. Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE?

What would you do with a thousand bottles of baby oil? Well, according to new allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs, the answer is much darker than you'd expect. Rumors have surfaced that he allegedly spiked the baby oil with GHB, a date rape drug, supposedly to sedate unsuspecting guests. While no one's suggesting Diddy's taking bubble baths, the implications here are disturbing. Jennifer Coffindaffer, retired FBI special agent, joins the discussion, wondering just how far Diddy went to manipulate his environment. If investigators found tainted baby oil, what else might they uncover about these alleged parties? Was this elaborate scheme purely theoretical, or are we on the verge of a grim revelation? And if all of this is true, how deep does Diddy's "party prep" really go? #DiddyAllegations #TrueCrime #JenniferCoffindaffer #FBI #DarkRevelations #GHB #HiddenKillers Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE?
