Healing begins when we stop pushing and start listening to what our body is trying to tell us. In this episode, Dr. Aimie walks through the science of how trauma is stored in the body and what that means for the sequence of healing, and what can go wrong when we don't follow the steps in the right order.. You'll learn the key differences between stress and trauma responses, why therapy can sometimes leave you feeling worse, and how to work with your body's natural healing process instead of against it.  Dr. Aimie breaks down why attempting to process trauma without following the correct steps can make you feel worse. She'll guide you through the steps for trauma healing, explaining why addressing shutdown responses in the body must happen before working with the stress response. Skipping this order often leads to frustration and can even retraumatize you. What You'll Learn: Why over 90% of people live “in their heads” (and what that means for healing) How to tell if the body is in trauma shutdown vs. stress What the Critical Line of Overwhelm is and its link to chronic illness How stored trauma may be behind chronic symptoms The essential healing sequence that works with the nervous system for lasting trauma recovery And more! Whether you're a practitioner or someone navigating your own healing journey, this episode provides insights and practical tools to help you reconnect with your body's wisdom and begin the path to healing.   Guides, Tools & Resources: Biology of Trauma book - how the body experiences and holds fear, pain and overwhelm, and how to heal - at the time of this recording, The book Insider's Circle is open and pre-orders have gone live. In this powerful and soul-stirring episode of the Disrupt Now Podcast, host Natalie Viglione sits down with retired licensed psychotherapist and author, Jerry Marzinsky, and Judy Gregerson, author and trauma survivor, to uncover the shocking and liberating truths behind trauma, and the vile parasitic entities that feed on human suffering. Jerry has done two other episodes with this podcast, but this third brings a new story through empowerment… Together, they dismantle the mainstream psychiatric narrative that labels these kinds of voices and spiritual attacks as "hallucinations," and instead reveal the hidden reality of negative, sentient entities that exploit trauma, emotional pain, and energetic weaknesses to invade the human energetic lightbody that then plagues the mind and spirit.  Jerry shares decades of clinical experience uncovering fixed behavioral patterns in the voices that the so-called “schizophrenic” patients hear—patterns that defy the randomness of hallucinations and point to a deeper, darker intelligence.  Judy courageously recounts her personal battle with such entities, tracing a path from childhood trauma and drug-induced gateways to a near-fatal descent into spiritual torment. But this episode is not just about darkness but rather is a call to liberation. Judy's healing journey, sparked by deep trauma work and ignited through bringing in more Divine Light, offers a roadmap for others that worked in her life. She describes how true healing began only when she learned to clear the heavy trauma from her childhood to let go of the suppressed pain, and spiritually assert her sovereignty through faith and acknowledging those voices were not her. Natalie and her guests explore the ways that trauma, drugs, and broken spiritual boundaries create openings for these vile parasitic forces—and how reclaiming one's power through clearing pain, stepping into the vibration of love, and having an expanded spiritual connection can shut the door to these destructive energies for good. This is a path of cleansing, strengthening and learning to adhere to daily practices. This episode is a Divine Call to all who feel trapped, oppressed, or disconnected from their divine nature. You'll learn: How parasitic entities hijack ancestral and looping trauma feeding off the emotional pain  Why mainstream psychiatry refuses to acknowledge the true nature of "auditory hallucinations" The role of drug-induced gateways in spiritual vulnerability How reclaiming Higher Vibrations of Consciousness is a path to sovereignty and healing Practical tools for spiritual defense and trauma cleansing This is not just a podcast—it's an invocation for freedom, awareness, and awakening. If you or someone you love has struggled with inner torment, depression, or voices that won't allow them to remember how much they're loved and are worthy of that love, this conversation may offer the missing key: the truth. Trigger Warning: This episode contains discussions of suicide, drug use, spiritual warfare, and trauma but offer empowerment and solutions simultaneously. Please do listen with care.  We'd lke to ask for you to leave a review for this podcast, and to comment, share, and subscribe to the Disrupt Now Podcast on your favorite podcasting platform. Would you believe it if I said there is a frequency spectrum that accompanies states of psychedelia, healing, aha moments of insight and artistic epiphanies, and you can evoke it on demand?  Yes, gamma brain waves are indicative of there being untapped potential in the human body in ways you may not suspect.  MIT researchers found that rats that were given chemotherapy and then treated with Gamma wave bursts would experience far milder side effects such as chemo brain which is a form of forgetfulness after treatment.  The treatment also improved the myelin producing cells that help keep neurons myelinated as well as repairing damaged cells and DNA.  How could it be that a frequency spectrum repairs cells and DNA?  Would this possibly mean that similar Gamma bursts in society might be a general therapeutic?  Imagine if that were the case that not only are we swimming EMF's from telecommunication infrastructure, but we're also lacking the gamma frequencies that could (only in theory) combat much of society's ails?  I know I'm stretching... but it's fun to stretch every now and then to entertain how technology can be used in societal healing. And that's what this episode is mostly about.  The collective Aha moment (accompanied by gamma waves) that society desperately needs right now to rise to all the existential threats is not an algorithm, a medicine or even gamma waves themselves, but the Aha moment within each of us that we, individually matter.  I don't believe the problems of our time will be solved but transcended by the awakened artist in each of us.  I know that's flowery, but flowery is something needed as well.

Welcome to Episode 480 of the Kingdom Intelligence Briefing. In this powerful session, Dr. Michael and Mary Lou Lake explore the deep spiritual truths surrounding the believer as a living temple of the Holy Spirit, the importance of displacing trauma and mind control with the presence of God, and the restoration of true biblical priesthood. Mary Lou opens with prophetic reflections on current events—including the passing of the Pope, RFK Jr.'s health reforms, and the damage of artificial dyes and vaccine-induced pineal gland harm. She then shares heartfelt testimony about overcoming trauma-based reactions and discovering healing through the blood of Jesus. Dr. Lake builds on this by teaching how believers are called to be mobile temples, ambassadors of the Kingdom, and part of a royal priesthood—carrying the fire and presence of God into a world bound by spiritual darkness. This is a vital message for anyone feeling burdened by the past, confused by culture, or ready to step into their calling as part of God's end-time remnant. ⏱ Timeline of Topics Discussed: 00:00 – Introduction and reflections on the Pope's passing 02:41 – Kidney transplant testimony and prayer for Joanne 05:10 – RFK Jr.'s food dye ban and protecting children's health 09:32 – Spike protein damage to pineal gland and prophetic insight 14:40 – Childhood trauma triggers and reactions to honking 21:02 – Dealing with inherited strongholds and healing through Jesus 27:33 – The believer as the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 6:12–20) 35:18 – Carrying the Ark of the Covenant within: manifested presence 44:00 – Practicing the Presence of God daily (Brother Lawrence reference) 50:15 – Spiritual warfare, inner healing, and self-deliverance 56:20 – A call back to Hebraic foundations and undoing 2,000 years of drift 1:02:45 – The priesthood of all believers and restoring Biblical authority 1:10:12 – Ambassadors of Christ and standing in Kingdom authority 1:19:33 – Breaking chains of Pharaoh and praying for remnant freedom 1:22:55 – Final thoughts and prayer for deliverance and new beginnings

Have you ever stopped to consider what true wealth really means? In our society, we often equate wealth solely with financial success, but there's so much more to being truly rich. True wealth encompasses our relationships with family and loved ones, our health (both physical and mental), our community connections, our spiritual foundation, and how we use our precious time. When we focus exclusively on financial gain, we risk missing life's most meaningful moments—those irreplaceable experiences with our children, partners, and even ourselves. We operate as if tomorrow is guaranteed, grinding away at jobs that drain us while postponing joy and connection. But what if we approached wealth holistically, understanding that our purpose can align with prosperity without sacrificing what matters most?Join Rev. Jocelyn Jones and two-time cancer survivor Gustavo Pineiro in this powerful episode of Faith on the Journey. After enduring the battle of cancer twice in six months, Gustavo experienced a spiritual awakening that reshaped his view of success. His journey to beat cancer required deep mental and spiritual strength, and through the fight cancer demanded, he discovered his true purpose. Now, as founder of the Wealthonomics Society, he helps men redefine wealth through faith and personal growth. This conversation will challenge you to reflect on what really matters—and inspire you to live each day with purpose.Podcast Highlights02:29: The unexpected cancer diagnosis which changed everything05:37: The journey through the process of healing both physically and emotionally10:16: Why you should have a support system when battling cancer and the importance of maintaining positivity13:33: Redefining true wealth beyond finances after surviving the battle with cancer16:36: Join our Trauma Healing waitlist and start your healing journey today!19:07: The "richest" formula for wealth including relationships, income, community, and health22:52: Creating supportive communities for men to address life challenges beyond financial success25:21: Balancing professional achievements with personal and spiritual fulfillment29:22: The importance of mentorship in helping others overcome their own battles with life's challengesSubscribe/RateNever miss an episode by hitting the subscribe button RIGHT NOW!  Help other people find our community by taking a few moments to leave a review in your podcasting app. Leave a review by clicking the following link and scrolling to the bottom: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/faith-on-the-journey-conversations-with-jocelyn/id1528800662 Schedule a free counseling information session at https://www.faithonthejourney.org/counselingLearn more about the Trauma Healing Institute and download a free Trauma Healing Church resource guide at traumahealingchurch.comConnect with Faith on the JourneyFaith on the Journey is a Christian company that specializes in bible-based trauma healing resources.  We offer Christian counseling and healing groups.  Learn more by visiting faithonthejourney.org. Subscribe to our email list at faithonthejourney.orgConnect with Rev.
