In this episode, IAB Europe's Marketing & Communications Director, Lauren Wakefield, is joined by Daniel Bischoff, COO and Aurélie Brunet de Courssou, Senior Marketing Director at RTL AdAlliance, to explore the growing importance of trust in today's digital advertising landscape.Drawing on insights from the latest Living Room Study 2026, the conversation examines shifting video consumption habits, the rise of AI-generated content, and the widening “digital trust gap” facing consumers and brands alike. The episode also unpacks why trust is no longer a “soft” metric, highlighting new evidence linking trusted media environments with stronger business performance, profitability, and long-term brand growth.Read the Living Room Study here: https://rtl-adalliance.com/living-room-study-2026

Farm succession is one of the most important conversations happening in agriculture today. Across North America, many farm families hope the farm will continue into the next generation, yet a large percentage of operations still do not have a clear transition plan in place. In this solo episode, Tracy dives into insights gathered from conversations with farm advisors, succession planners, and agricultural thought leaders featured on the show. While every farm and family is unique, there are common patterns that experts consistently see when succession planning goes wrong. The good news is that many of these challenges are avoidable once farm families understand what to watch for and begin having the right conversations early. In this episode, I share ten of the most common mistakes farm families make when planning for the future of their operation and what producers can start thinking about today to set their farm and family up for long-term success. In this episode you will learn about: • Why waiting too long to start succession conversations can create unnecessary pressure and conflict • The importance of asking the next generation if they truly want to farm instead of making assumptions • Why treating the farm like a business during transition is critical for long-term sustainability • The challenge of parents holding onto control too long and how it can stall the next generation • Why avoiding difficult family conversations often leads to bigger issues later • The risks that come from a lack of financial transparency within the family • How outside advisors can bring clarity and structure to the succession process • The difference between treating children equally versus treating them fairly • Why tax and estate planning should start much earlier than most families expect • The importance of preparing the next generation for leadership, not just ownership Key takeaway Succession planning is not a single event. It is a process that unfolds over years of communication, planning, and gradual transition. The earlier farm families start these conversations, the more options they have and the smoother the transition can be. By understanding the common mistakes many farm families make, producers can take proactive steps to protect their legacy and help ensure the farm continues for future generations. Live events look effortless from the crowd, but behind every stage, schedule, and security plan sits an intense working environment built on long hours, high stakes, and a freelance culture that can make wellbeing feel like an afterthought. In this conversation, Nika shares how the pandemic exposed the mental health crisis many event professionals were already carrying, and how that experience helped shape Calm Nest Collective—an initiative bringing quiet sensory spaces, inclusion-focused design, and practical wellbeing supports into festivals, conferences, and workplaces. The discussion unpacks why the events industry is uniquely stressful, how neurodivergence shows up in creative high-pressure environments, and what organisers can do now—through communication, staffing, layout, and low-cost design choices—to create safer, calmer, more accessible experiences for both crews and audiences.About Our Guest: Nika is a trained social worker and events industry professional whose career spans corporate work, large-scale music events, and sustainability leadership across major European festivals. During COVID, she witnessed first-hand how quickly the collapse of the events sector intensified stress, insecurity, and mental health challenges for crews—an experience that helped shape her work with Calm Nest Collective. Today, she focuses on improving wellbeing and inclusion in high-pressure environments through quiet sensory spaces, practical accessibility and DEI advice, and sustainability support for event organisers, informed by ongoing doctoral research into mental health and neurodivergence in the events workforce.

What if the spaces we celebrate and work in are quietly overwhelming a lot more people than we realize? In Healthy Mind, Healthy Life, hosted by Avik (with Sana filling in), this episode explores neurodiversity, sensory overwhelm, and what inclusion actually looks like beyond policies. This conversation is for event creators, founders, HR leaders, and anyone who feels drained by noise-heavy culture. You'll walk away with grounded insight on burnout stigma, boundaries as a leadership practice, and practical ways to build environments where more people can belong and thrive. About the Guest: Nika Brunet Milunovic is the founder of Calm Nest Collective, creating sensory-friendly, inclusive spaces for events, workplaces, and public venues. She's also a social worker, PhD researcher focused on mental health and neurodiversity in the events industry, a mentor, and host of the Pink Nest podcast. Episode Chapter: 00:05:15 — Why loud “success culture” overwhelms the nervous system 00:06:19 — Nika's work: sensory-friendly design for events and workplaces 00:09:05 — The “we're all the same” design myth starts in school 00:11:50 — Why neurodivergent people thrive in events—and the hidden cost 00:14:04 — Burnout stigma: why freelancers stay silent to keep the next gig 00:17:27 — Boundaries + values: the leadership operating system 00:22:17 — “Festivals can't accommodate everyone”—Nika's direct response Key Takeaways: Treat inclusion as design, not a policy checkbox—start with sensory needs. In high-intensity industries, regulation skills matter as much as performance. Normalize mental health like physical health—burnout isn't a character flaw. Founders unintentionally recreate harmful systems when they break their own boundaries. “Ask, don't assume”: real inclusion starts with curiosity and conversation. Sensory-friendly upgrades don't have to be massive—intention + planning changes everything. How to Connect With the Guest: Nika is active on LinkedIn (primary). She's also on Instagram, and you can find Calm Nest Collective and Pink Nest via her websites and social profiles mentioned here Want to be a guest on Healthy Mind, Healthy Life?
We're back! After a few weeks off, the crew is back in the ARYLCO Studio. Our guest tonight was Michigan Late Model racer Christopher Brunet. He competes at Owosso Speedway and has a great story about how he ended up with his race car. Tune in!
Un long parcours judiciaire débute. This week on the podcast, Bjork interviews Johnny Brunet. The Journey to $100k as a Content Creator with Johnny Brunet Johnny Brunet's story is proof that a pandemic pivot can lead to major success! He went from stand-up comedy to mastering the Blackstone griddle, finding his sweet spot by creating content specifically for beginner cooks. He shares the secret sauce of his content empire: how he strategically focused on one niche tool to stand out and why targeting the starting-out crowd was the perfect gap in the market for massive growth. Beyond the cooking, Johnny gets real about the business, breaking down his successful revenue mix of YouTube AdSense, eBooks, and affiliate marketing. You'll get his best advice on keeping your sales funnel incredibly simple and the importance of smart content marketing to drive product sales. This episode will give you the blueprint for turning a niche idea into a full-time income without spreading yourself thin. Three episode takeaways: The power of niching down: Johnny's big pivot from comedy during COVID shows that sometimes you have to roll with life's changes! He found massive success by niching down to a specific tool (hello, Blackstone griddle!) and focusing on beginner cooks, proving there's gold in filling those market gaps. The simple sales funnel is your friend: Believe it or not, you don't need a crazy-complicated setup to make money! Johnny broke down his successful monetization mix of YouTube AdSense, eBooks, and affiliate marketing, emphasizing how a simple sales funnel and smart content marketing are key to actually moving those products. Don't spread yourself too thin: If you're creating content, take a note from Johnny: don't try to be everywhere at once. He recommends focusing on one type of content and, even better, just documenting your own learning process. It keeps you from spreading yourself too thin and is a great way to keep your audience engaged! Resources: Johnny's food blog: Johnny Brunet Be sure to check out Johnny's e-book, Griddle 101! In this episode, Mary Jo joins Tracy Brunet on the Impact Farming Show to explain how the Infinite Banking Concept totally transforms financial planning for farmers. In addition to providing an overview of IBC, they discuss specifically how it is instrumental in making transition planning work, how it helps in "fair and equal" situations with off-farm children, and how it factors into old-age care for the farm founders. Mary Jo gets fiery several times in this episode, including when discussing why farmers work so hard to build their operations for decades only to destroy them by eventually parceling them out and rendering them no longer viable.
