His books include The Enneagram for Spiritual Formation and Being with God. Erik Willits is an assisting priest at Good Shepherd Nashville, a church plant on the West side of Nashville, TN. He works with Standing Stone, a ministry providing free, confidential care to pastors and ministry leaders. S1E5 :: Last year's #MeToo and #ChurchToo movements sparked important conversations around women and the church. We asked author Katelyn Beaty to discuss the role women play in the workplace and in the Church, and how the Church can empower and equip women in these spaces. Katelyn is the former managing editor at Christianity Today and author of the book A Woman's Place: A Christian Vision for Your Calling in the Office, the Home, and the World. She shares how the Church can make space for women—both those who feel called to work and those who feel called to lead in the church.
