Let's be real every village has their own set of drama, but I speak from experiencing the foolery in my community. As a Proud Black Woman! I naturally face life hard young because of the way the white man has controlled this country, the USA, trapping my people with the slave mentality build among us to hate one each other. people hide from the truth, people lie to fit in, people will do anything to look good, and at the end of the day it won't change anything but generate more trauma. Have you considered one painful aspect of anti-black racism that we really do not like talking about - internalised oppression? In today's short audio contribution to anti-racism week I raise some examples of internalised oppression with a view to sparking an intra-black dialogue about the deep psychological violence of white supremacy, violence so enormous that even when whites aren't around we could display internalised oppression which is why we must be vigilant, and get a proper grip on the concept

Experiences can be one of your greatest lessons as a business owner. In our failures we can learn so much. One of experiences a business owner led to me to create this series because I want to see US win. One of the ways we are going to win is by building a community that shares knowledge and that shares information and holds one another accountable. So I held entrepreneurs accountable now I have to hold consumers accountable. We need one another in order to be great. I hope my experiences help lead our community to success.

White Supremacy is a man made concept that teaches that White people have a privilege or entitled to a higher living solely based off of skin color- despite it being to the detriment or demise of other races of people( specifically black people.) Not only is White Supremacy passed down from elder to adolescent in predominately Caucasian households, but it is a belief system ( myth ) that was ingrained into the psyche of Black people- this was established by torturing ,killing, and starving Black People( of their natural resources) until they admitted to something; that if Black were in their natural state of being, would never agree to. And although the definition( White Supremacy) was and still is available in dictionaries across the country in bold print- America exclaims that the only reason it exist is when POC talk about it, meanwhile they live and benefit off of it till this day - the only time they deny it or become frustrated about the term is when that said POC brings it up or makes reference to it. Could it be argued that ideology of White Supremacy boils down to a Narcissistic Mental Illness and psychopathology that is enforced to suffocate POC ? What White people must understand is that- Black People are past the stage of not understanding the English Language well enough to understand that just because they say that something doesn't "exist" doesn't mean that they are actually telling the truth. Dear Black People, we can't change(neither should we try) how anyone feels. But what we can change is: how we feel about ourselves, what we teach our children, how we treat each other and the neighborhoods we live in. If more Black people valued education, nonviolence to their own fellow man, marriage- families , and Independent thinking. Then how well could it exist Furthermore, how much do we enable or validate such ill concepts with our current actions as Black People? website: thetruthwithtrinity.com

Hot topics, Dear E&Fre, Birkin y'all
During this period a series of protests took place within the continent of Africa. If there is anything 2020 is teaching the African Diaspora, it is that we are more alike than different in our way of life and our daily struggles. All these protests that have been happening globally from America to Africa and other parts of the world for the progression of the African diaspora shows that we are all stuck in the same pot. It doesn't matter where you migrate to, it has not and will not solve anything. We will not progress and thrive the way we need to until will address ourselves from within. These movements are more impactful than we think. We are being robbed in way too many aspects globally. We need to work together. We are all we need, we are all we've got. God is giving us an opportunity to rise, time waits for no one. Do not think these series events are an incident. Act in any way you can and act now! This episode speaks about issues of the African diaspora and seeks ways in which the youth can move forward.

Shades of Strong | Shifting the Strong Black Woman Narrative
Black people are still our here fighting for the right to JUST BE -- you know ALIVE. And I'm here for ALL OF IT! I'm happy to see so many Black People on the front lines fighting against racism even while we're in the middle of a global pandemic. A number of changes have already taken place because Black People are refusing to be silent. We are demanding to be seen and heard. But, here's the deal. Although I recognize that PAUSING FOR THE CAUSE is essential for change to happen, I also recognize that it is essential to pause FROM the cause. In this episode, I'm offering a few suggestions for taking a momentary break from fighting to just be... ...because if Black People are going to continue the fight for justice and equality we absolutely must take care of ourselves.
