Closing with the top 10 superstars that is posted in the podcast The TakeawayWe visit again with the storyline about Rusev vs Bobby Lashly and Lana.  We addressed about domestic violence and the actions if one is a victim, what you can do about it.  This time, our focus are the actions that took place on Monday NIght RAW.  What are the consequences for disobeying the laws?  Lets go turnbuckle to turnbuckle on the takeaway!Restraining Order is a temporary court order issued to prohibit an individual from carrying out a particular action, especially approaching or contacting a specific person.  Rusev was given a restraining order to not go near Lana.  He did violate the restraining order by being persistent to attack Bobby Lashley with Lana as a witness.  There are consequences for breaking a restraining order.  The penalties depend greatly on the terms of the violation and the state enforcing the violation, but in most states, a violation of a restraining order is charged as a misdemeanor.  However, even as a misdemeanor, the penalties can still reach up to a significant amount of money or a jail sentence.  On the other hand, Bobby Lashley and Lana assaulted a law enforcement officer. In reality, there are penalties for assaulting law enforcement.  Some jurisdictions treat the crime as a misdemeanor while other states pursue the crime as a felony.  Misdemeanors can carry a jail time of up to a year and felonies typically carry a minimum sentence of one year or more behind bars.  All three superstars demonstrated anger.  Anger can impair your intellectual functioning preventing to use good judgment or facilitate collaborative problem-solving.  Here are some ways to combat anger so it does not get the best of you: Wait.  Take a pause and do not make any decision.  Just breathe.  Walk away if you need the space.   Write.  Write your feelings down.  Writing down your emotions can reduce intensity. Listen.  The angrier you are, the harder you can concentrate or understand others around you.   Exercise.  Exercise helps me dwindle down.  Dealing with stress, upset with another person, or feel the rage, go exercise.  Go for a run, go to the gym, do something that will help you clear your mind and soul.   Remind yourself, is it worth the risk to put yourself in harms way?  Life goes on!

When they try, even the WWE can put on a decent PPV, even if it features The King of Sleep Style, Randy Orton facing Bray Wyatt in a terrible match. The Boman12L and Illa YC return for the 29th/25th episode of The Slambros! The dirty sheets are popping this week with Billy Corgan is back in the news, once again still trying to keep his wrestling dreams alive. Cody Rhodes has likely chosen a new home promotion. Adam Cole is the hottest free agent in Pro Wrestling right now. Jack Swagger is adjusting to the indie life. Oh course, we have the latest updates on Alberto El Patron! The Slambros reflect on Payback, A mostly solid PPV by the WWE. Everyone from Chris Jericho, Kevin Owens, Alexa Bliss, Braun Strownman and Roman Reigns had a great showing at the PPV. The House of Horrors match was the only blight and what a blight it was. Even after weeks of trying to figure out what the match was supposed to be, it failed to deliver or make sense in anyway. WWE followed a most solid PPV with a good RAW and Smackdown Live as well. With Brock Lesnar on vacation. The Intercontinental Championship is the top belt on RAW for the time being. Things are looking up, as Fin Balor, The Miz, Seth Rolling and Deam Ambrose are tasked with holding down RAW in the interim. Over on Smackdown Live, we have likely seem the end of Chris Jericho’s magical run. He’s off to tour with Fozzy, but before he had one more match with Kevin Owens.
