Gratitude - I journal about 3 things I feel grateful for each day. Meditation - my morning routine includes a minimum 15 minutes of mediation each day. Movement - Walking, Running, Yoga, Body Weight and Free Weights. Intentions/Planning - Part of my morning routine. Setting intentions for the day and being mindful throughout the day so I don't get wrapped up in the crazies… Reflection/Wins - I make note of my thoughts, reflections and recognize even the smallest of wins each evening in my journal.
