At first, the Week 3 Thursday night game looked exactly like a Browns-Steelers game. And then it suddenly looked like Chiefs-Bills for a quarter. And then it looked a whole lot like Browns-Steelers again. After a back-and-forth first half, the Browns dominated the Steelers after halftime, riding Nick Chubb and their defense to a 29-17 win. On today's episode, Jason begins with a quick mention of Thursday Night Football between the Steelers and Browns in a rivalry matchup. Minor news out from Chicago Bulls camp is that PG Lonzo Ball is having another procedure done on his left knee. This being the 3rd instance he's having his knee cleaned up with many seeing Ball as a bust as a 2nd overall pick. Chicago has already paid Ball, but his continued absence leaves Zach LaVine and the Bulls stuck in a bad position. Palm Beach Post's Joe Schad swings by and discusses the 2-0 Dolphins and previews their upcoming game against the seemingly immaculate Buffalo Bills. The Dolphins are now a fun team to cover and watch with Tua Tagovailoa and HC Mike McDaniel off to a fast start. Schad explains that McDaniel is a huge part of why Tua and the organization is doing well, and has really pumped up the surging QB. Schad suggests that McDaniel is able to connect so well with the team, the complete opposite of the Dolphins' regime that preceded him. Jason and Joe preview the Dolphins' matchup against the Bills and how Miami's offense matches up against Buffalo's stout defense. Hour 1: The Mets lost to the Brewers yesterday although they did take 2-of-3. The Mets have some injuries now as they head to Oakland. But we are really setting up for the series against Atlanta to be the first ‘playoff' series for the Mets. Gio thinks the Red Sox will not give Judge anything to hit this weekend as they don't want the record broken against them. Jerry is here for an update and starts with Oswaldo Cabrera hitting a grand slam in the first inning against the Pirates last night. Aaron Judge did not hit a HR. The Mets were shutout by the Brewers 6-0. They were also plunked 3 times in the game, breaking the MLB record with 106 hit by pitches in the year. We got an update on Justin Herbert. Kenny Golladay can't believe he's not getting a lot of playing time. Justin Fields tries to clarify his comments about the fans. In the final segment of the hour, we talk about our Blue Point Brewery show tomorrow morning. We still have no ratings from the first TNF on Amazon. Both MLB and ESPN are cutting in to programming to show Aaron Judge at bats.  Hour 2: Kenny Golladay talked to the media about his lack of playing time. He says even his teammates are asking why he's not playing. Boomer says if he was on the Packers he would probably have 25 catches already. Will they actually pitch to him or will they pitch around him? Boomer & Gio think Judge is the clear MVP, especially if he wins the Triple Crown.
