Arsenal step away from Premier League pressure and into the FA Cup — and for 45 minutes, it looks effortless. In this episode of The Non-Negotiables Podcast, we break down the 4–0 win over Wigan Athletic, where four first-half goals settled the tie early and allowed Mikel Arteta to rotate heavily. We discuss the starting XI surprises, Calafiori's latest warm-up withdrawal, and the long-anticipated experiment of Bukayo Saka operating centrally. There's a deep dive into the first-half performance — Eze's influence, the combinations between Saka and Madueke, Martinelli's clinical finish, and Nørgaard's standout display. Was this simply lower-league opposition being exposed, or did we see tactical clues for the weeks ahead? We also assess the second-half slowdown, Gyökeres' introduction, and the home debuts for Salmon and Setford — moments that reflect squad depth and internal culture. From there, attention turns to the FA Cup draw. Mansfield away awaits, Manchester City travel to Newcastle, and the pathway opens slightly — but questions remain.Part two shifts into bigger concerns. We address Arsenal's mounting injury issues — recurring patterns, squad construction, recovery methods, and whether the modern game is shortening careers at the top level. Is this bad luck, load management, or something structural? Finally, we preview the trip to Wolves. With Odegaard and others doubtful, does Saka stay central? Is this the moment for a tactical pivot? And with Arsenal chasing control at the top of the table, is this simply a must-win — or a tone-setter for the run-in?All that, plus this week's “Who Am I?” featuring a 1971 double winner.Control restored — but bigger questions are building.Chapters:(00:00) - Arteta's Non-Negotiables Intro(00:51) - FA Cup Context: Rotation & Calafiori Warm-Up Injury(03:47) - Saka Central?(06:01) - Eze's First-Half Influence(09:35) - 1–0 | Madueke Finished, Eze Assist(10:51) - 2–0 | Martinelli Rifles It Home(12:30) - 3–0 | Own Goal & Saka–Madueke Link-Up(15:25) - 4–0 | Jesus Scores, Nørgaard Delivers(17:36) - Second-Half Coast & Gyökeres Chance(19:15) - Home Debuts: Salmon & Setford(22:30) - Match Stats Breakdown(23:57) - FA Cup Draw: Mansfield Away & City at Newcastle(30:39) - PT.2 Who Am I? DJ & PK talked about the BYU men's basketball program and what they need to do to avoid more slow starts going forward.
Clare football manager Paul Madden says the rate his side turned the ball over in the first half was a critical factor behind their defeat in Round 2 of the National Football League. Defeat against Westmeath means Clare are still searching for their first points in Division 3 this year. After a bright start for the Banner, Westmeath closed the opening half strongly, outscoring Clare 1-6 to one point in the final ten minutes of the first period. Madden says they were the architects of their own downfall with the amount of possession conceded through unforced errors.
DJ & PK examined BYU men's basketball's troubling trend of digging themselves a first hlaf deficit and what they need to to course correct.

What if you didn't start running until later in life — and still became one of the best ultrarunners in the world? In this episode of the Everyday Ultra Podcast, I sit down with Megan Eckert, one of the most consistent and resilient athletes in ultrarunning today.Megan was voted 3rd overall in the 2025 World Ultrarunner of the Year rankings, became the first woman in history to run over 600 miles in a six-day race, finished 2nd at Badwater 135, and went 383+ miles at Big's Backyard Ultra — all after starting running at age 29.We talk about what it actually takes to endure at the highest level — mentally, emotionally, and physically — and why fun, focus, and simplicity might matter more than most training plans. In this episode, we dive into:• How Megan went from fearing her first race to thriving in multi-day ultras• Why focus — not motivation — is the real mental toughness skill• How to approach massive races like Cocodona 250 without overcomplicating training• What backyard ultras and fixed-time events teach you about yourself• Why making training fun is a performance enhancer (not a distraction)• The mindset shift that helps athletes push through pain without breaking• How she recovers between massive races — including an underrated recovery tool• Why finding your people in the sport can change everythingWhether you're training for your first ultra or chasing your biggest endurance goal yet, this conversation is packed with perspective, wisdom, and reminders of why we run in the first place.

As of recording, I'm almost 23 weeks pregnant--that's 23 weeks into one of the wildest journeys of my life thus far. I'll be honest, I recorded a version of this episode that very quickly turned into me complaining about everything that's been "hard" until I stopped myself and realized, that's not what this podcast is about. This podcast is about taking the things that are "hard" in life (and business!) and synthesizing them into lessons, gifts and meaning. So, join me in this conversation where I reflect on 7 lessons that I've learned thus far about life from the first half of my pregnancy.

The good news is that we are more than halfway through this insane decade. The bad news is that things appear to be trending in the wrong direction, and one has to consider the question: “what will even be left when 2030 arrives?”From the crimes of COVID, to the creation of ESG, to the forced introduction of up to 20 million illegals through the southern border, things in America have changed drastically since the decade began. The intentional destruction of the West started in 2020 and will be completed by the end of the decade, just in time for Agenda 2030 by the United Nations.—Watch the video version on one of the Macroaggressions Channels:Rumble: https://rumble.com/c/Macroaggressions YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@MacroaggressionsPodcast—MACRO & Charlie Robinson LinksHypocrazy Audiobook: https://amzn.to/4aogwmsThe Octopus of Global Control Audiobook: https://amzn.to/3xu0rMmWebsite: www.Macroaggressions.io Merch Store: https://macroaggressions.dashery.com/ Link Tree: https://linktr.ee/macroaggressionspodcast—Activist Post FamilyActivist Post: www.ActivistPost.com Natural Blaze: www.NaturalBlaze.com —Support Our SponsorsAnarchapulco: https://anarchapulco.com/ | Promo Code: MACROC60 Power: https://go.shopc60.com/PBGRT/KMKS9/ | Promo Code: MACROChemical Free Body: https://chemicalfreebody.com/macro/ | Promo Code: MACROWise Wolf Gold & Silver: https://macroaggressions.gold/ | (800) 426-1836LegalShield: www.DontGetPushedAround.com EMP Shield: www.EMPShield.com | Promo Code: MACROGround Luxe Grounding Mats: https://groundluxe.com/MACRO Christian Yordanov's Health Program: www.LiveLongerFormula.com/macro Above Phone: https://abovephone.com/macro/Van Man: https://vanman.shop/?ref=MACRO | Promo Code: MACROThe Dollar Vigilante: https://dollarvigilante.spiffy.co/a/O3wCWenlXN/4471 Nesa's Hemp: www.NesasHemp.com | Promo Code: MACROAugason Farms: https://augasonfarms.com/MACRO —
