Bears On Tap has returned to pick apart the circus we saw at Halas Hall. The Bears incompetence was on full display during their end of season presser. Ted Phillips looked like a log of salami and every time he answered a question it made you wonder why he was even on the call. George McCaskey was completely clueless and it put things into perspective for a lot of fans. The front office is broken and whoever has worked beneath them hasn’t had the greatest opportunity for success. Mitchell Trubisky was thrown under the bus by everyone in the organization and got added to the list of fall guys, with Chuck Pagano. Things weren’t pretty but were here to break them down for you on this episode of Bears On Tap! ____ On Tap is presented by http://OnTapSportsNet.com and MANSCAPED.
