In this episode of The Liv Label Free Podcast, Mike and I discuss: Growing up undiagnosed autistic, earliest memories painted by depression, and history of suicidal thoughts The masking of autistic traits, depression, and mental illness from family Development of anorexia by way of autistic special interest and as a coping mechanism for depression Eating as a little known autistic stim. The realization that previous poor relationships with food stemmed heavily from a need to use food as a sensory override and finding self-soothing elsewhere Using the all-sensory experience of taste, texture, and chewing, and how using chewelry as an adult is nothing to be ashamed of The potential benefits of mindful eating as a way to aid improvement of eating-related stimming The stigma and societal attitudes on men with eating disorders, particularly anorexia, and how it led to an incorrect diagnosis of binge eating disorder (BED), and a worsening of symptoms How the lack of research on males with restrictive eating disorders caused medical complications How small changes to neutral gender language and specifying when you're discussing gender differences can completely change recovery for men and those beyond the binary Why mental illness does not discriminate and how language use has the potential to discount a whole sections of sufferers His advice and personal philosophy to anyone struggling and needing a little hope or joy to grasp onto Connect with Mike on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/luckydecknapier/ Follow Livia on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/livlabelfree/ Buy Rainbow Girl! https://www.livlabelfree.com/rainbowgirl Book a 1-1 coaching call: https://www.livlabelfree.com/1-on-1-coaching Enroll in my extreme hunger course: https://www.livlabelfree.com/extreme-hunger-course

Kinnison The Zombie. Cody Alft. Trident Man. Box Office Pulp Guy. Mike Napier. Click-Ar. Jamie Marshall. And Weasel. Together, these desperate criminals will be united by one mission: Discuss the four-color carnage of The Suicide Squad, James Gunn's most ambitious (and bloodiest) feature yet. And not all of them will be coming home! Between the dark humor, and darker political commentary, "The" couldn't be farther from its peers or the infamous original, but does this sequel/reboot/apology have what it takes to stand beside the best of the genre? Do z-listers like Bloodsport and Ratcatcher have a shot at being the next Harley Quinn? Does Viola Davis get paid by the swear? And just what is the terrible secret of Peter Capaldi's pet starfish? Getting these answers just might cost your favorite podcasters their lives! THIS IS THE DOWNLOAD LINK. I WOULD ADVISE CLICKING IT, IT TRAPS THE EPISODE IN YOUR PHONE. In the fall of 2020, Cody Alft, Mike Napier, and Jamie Marshall set out to record a Thanksgiving episode of their podcast, on the UPN original movie Alien Abduction: Incident At Lake County. What they purportedly captured on their microphones was more than just a discussion of obscure cinema. The following BOP n' A Movie commentary track, if real, could be the most important evidence ever that the found footage subgenre has roots reaching back long before Blair Witch. As you avoid election discourse with relatives, listen to the crew of Box Office Pulp detail their childhood memories of Dean Alioto's little-known yet deeply influential UFO thriller, the original lost film it was based on, and the bizarre conspiracy both movies found themselves at the center of. Mike Napier the author says; The Vickers Wellington is the great unsung hero of World War II. One of only two aircraft types that served in the front line of the RAF throughout World War II and remained in production throughout the conflict (the other was the Supermarine Spitfire), the Vickers Wellington was the mainstay of Bomber Command for the first three years of the war and became the workhorse of Coastal Command service, played a vital role during the Middle East and Mediterranean campaigns and also contributed greatly to operations in the Far East theatre. While everyone has heard of the Wellington, few realise its incredible versatility or the vitally important part that it played in RAF operations in all of the theatres of war. I could have written about the Wellington in any of its many theatres or roles, but I decided to concentrate on the Wellington units within Bomber Command. Why? Because the Wellington holds a unique and fascinating place in Bomber Command history.

Valeska Paris joined the Scientology Cadet Org at six years of age. She then joined the Sea Org when she was 14 years old. As a teenager she was sent to Scientology's ship the Freewinds. In this gripping podcast Valeska discusses the surprise raid on the Freewinds by the French police in 1999 when it was anchored at St. Barts. Valeska then describes the suicide of her stepfather Scientologist Albert Jaquier; the suicide of a member of a Sea Org member on the Freewinds; and the punishments she suffered on the ship. Valeska talks about her relationship to Shelly Miscavige who has not been seen in public for over a decade. Other people discussed include Mike Napier, the Captain of the Freewinds, Guillaume Leserve, Heber Jentzsch, and Tom Cruise and his $400,000 birthday party on the Freewinds. Albert Jacquier kept a diary as he was dying. After his death his wife, Valeska's mother, published it online. RE: BOX OFFICE PULP, "Found Footage Episode," Archived 8-17-16: A few weeks ago, the Crew of the Box Office Pulp podcast attempted to document an episode in which they would analyze, dissect, and discuss, the film genre known as "Found Footage." They have not been heard from since. Three days ago, a brown package arrived at our offices (The Kinnison County Sheriff's Department), inside was a recording of their final days spent researching the aforementioned style of movie. At first, it was noted that all seemed well; each member of the crew provided insightful comments ranging from the intimacy the genre produces, the affecting and sometimes terrifying tension that only Found Footage brings, the mistakes that are often made, a passionate defense of that class of filmmaking against detractors, and even whether a web series about Slender Man is better than an actual movie about Slender Man (we at the Sheriff's Department can confirm). But part way through the episode, the innate weirdness of the co-host designated Cody Alft appears to take physical form. What happens next is shocking, and highly disturbing. We are releasing this audio to the public in hopes of anyone out there having information to the last known whereabouts of the Crew. If you do, contact us at 1-800-BOP. Download the harrowing finals days by clicking here. We at the Department found it quite entertaining, despite the grim sounds of evisceration's, and a lone, meticulously described scene of Mike Napier standing in a corner.
