Being a business owner is not a simple career . Being in charge of making it all happen . What do you do to take back control of your day and mind . Well there is simple tolls I do because here is the thing , the more you think about shitty things the more shitty things are going to happen  hear me out, I know it's hard to have off days and days where it just seems the weight of the world is happening but here is the thing! the more you feed what you don't want the more you get exactly that! we are machines - energetically charged the biggest magnet this world has ever seen  How can I focus my attention w the cards I have….  The importance of getting in that energy and vibration every day, through a morning routines    on and off days  your energy bar is not at 100%  this happens every single day whether we like it or not  every single day your output of energy is going to the different  expect demotivation  so I have things in place that however I'm feeling don't matter  they don't understand by not doing this  this is why low energy  tired  frustrated  you do a morning routine to prevent —— its a way of life  It's to put you at 100%.  so then by end of the day, you're at 40% and recharge  instead of years of operating only at 40-50% daily wondering why life sucks and they are exhausted  lose whole lives in the spiral  people rather please themselves than give themselves peace  you've been compounding for years and years the energy that aligns with the lack  everlasting peace comes from the habits of what we are compounding! every time you settle for the life you don't want you are compounding the outcome you dont want
