According to Dan Bongino (Former Secret Service Agent) that is just enough time for them to set up a SCIF (Secure Compartmentalized Information Facility). Immediately after, the Trump team packs up and goes to Bedminster, NJ. 7. Obama & Clinton think, ok if we can't spy illegally, we'll spy legally. We need a FISA warrant. 8. Enter Stage Left, Christopher Steele and the Steele Dossier. They take this dossier to the FISA courts to obtain a warrant to spy legally. What's the problem? The dossier was complete bullshit.
