Months ago, Tod saw, and recommended Companion (2025), the Jack Quaid, Sophie Thatcher dark comedy that Google lists as as a “Horror, Thriller, Science Fiction, Romance.” On Rotten Tomatoes it comes in at 93%. On IMDB. It's a 6.9. Recently, Dave stumbled upon it and suggested Barry watch as well. To say “opinions vary” on this one is kind of an understatement. Apparently a lot of it comes down to the expectations you go in with … like if you've never read the introductory blurb, or seen the trailer, you might be surprised by something other than what the studio intended.
