Jim Nagy Executive Director of Reese's Senior Bowl The Reese’s Senior Bowl has been the preeminent college all-star game for almost 70-years and Jim Nagy is the Executive Director to keep in moving forward. The latest news is that the Senior Bowl will have a new home in 2021 in regard to where the players play the game. The Senior Bowl was played in Mobile's Ladd-Peebles Stadium from 1951-2020. The Reese's Senior Bowl is remaining in Mobile, Alabama but will be played at Hancock Whitney Stadium on the South Alabama campus beginning in 2021. The news has brought an astounding applause from those like Nick Saban and Ozzie Newsome and many others. With his vast experience of scouting in the NFL (18-years) and being part of six Super Bowl teams (four winners), Nagy has a keen sense and feel for the game of football. That is especially true when it comes to evaluating collegiate talent and knowing when players should hold off on declaring for the NFL Draft. We spoke after practice and he discussed why he's running routes better than most 6-6 receivers, what makes the comeback route so difficult (he ran a great such route in practice that day), the amazing feeling he got from getting to conclude his college career in Mobile playing with fellow Longhorn Devin Duvernay...and MORE!!!
