Join Stacey in this mini episode as she remembers why she started this podcast in the first place, how it came to be, and what it felt like to lose herself in motherhood, and then find herself again. In it, she reads a piece that she wrote for the live stage show, Listen To Your Mother called "Remembering Her." Join Stacey in remembering: Saturday night karaoke and the "going out" daysDining out with her husband without kidsFarmer's Market trips when her time there was slow and intentionalCareer-ladder climbing at her ad agency90's TV binge-ing, and going "back in time" to her childhoodHer friends, and the way things used to beAbout Stacey:Stacey Hutson, co-host of the Mother Plus Podcast is a mother + writer, entrepreneur, and athlete. She is a mother to two could-not-be-more-different daughters, ages 2 and 5. Though they are adorable, hysterical, and quite possibly creative geniuses, she's not here to talk about them. Before-Children Stacey couldn't stop talking about her future children. And by now, she thought she'd be totally immersed in motherhood, happily sitting on the floor, “doing voices,” tickling tummies, and trying desperately to hold on to every precious moment. But instead, she found herself on that same floor reminiscing about the days when she was a writer (published in Paleo Magazine, Hub Spot, New You Magazine, and TheList.com), an ad girl (working on brands like Revlon, Green Toys, Enjoy Life, and Eco Tools), and health nut badass (with a successful food blog, health coaching certification, and stint as a personal chef). Stacey finally got tired of daydreaming about the woman she wanted to be, and did something about it by creating the Mother Plus Podcast. Next on the list for her is to learn hip hop dancing, revisit one of her favorite places in the world - the Karaoke stage, and finally publish one of the three books safely saved in her Microsoft Word documents for nobody to see.For more about the Mother Plus Podcast, visit www.MotherPlusser.comhttps://www.instagram.com/mother_plus_podcast/

Just north of an old toll bridge on the border of Dalkeith, Scotland sits a property called The Neuk in Bridge End. The beautiful home with servant quarters and outbuildings in Midlothian was the place for an exceptional party on February 3, 1911. As the evening was drawing to its conclusion, a party deemed a roaring success, it was time for one last drink, a coffee. But things were about to take an awful turn... *** LISTENER CAUTION IS ADVISED *** Become a ‘Patreon Producer’ and get exclusive access to Season 1, early ad-free access to episodes, and your name in the podcasts credits. Being a huge fan of psychology, I took a Big Five data test and scored significantly higher on the Openness scale. I felt that that was a good thing to have unless Twilight made me reconsider and proved me wrong. This podcast was inspired by Cinema Therapy's video on the Twilight Saga so make sure to go check it out. p.s. I didn't edit Remembering Her as the background music. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/adwitiya-dixit/message

School orchestra can be a fun experience where we can play music that brings joy to others. However, for a handful of school orchestras, it’s not all about bringing the joy, it’s about building up the orchestra director’s reputation. As a violinist, I had a dream of reaching the top ranked orchestra to play a lot of fun and challenging music. However, because of one disagreement that I had with my orchestra directors, not only was I placed in the lowest ranked orchestra, but I realized that my skills as a musician didn’t really matter… Adapted from the following post: bit.ly/3kvjqeE How you can connect with us: Subscribe to our blog at www.nguyeninglifestyles.com Check out our video content at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEkh-IZNoaVPWTo7-CdxF_A Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/NguyeningLifestyles/ Instagram - www.instagram.com/nguyeninglifestyles Linkedin - www.linkedin.com/company/nguyeninglifestyles Twitter - @NguyeningWithUs TikTok - @NguyeningLifestyles Host: Chris Nguyen Music - No. 2 Remembering Her by Esther Abrami Podcasting Mic: K780A FIFINE Stereo Microphone https://amzn.to/2F2DzEGz4
Crediti. Immagine di copertina contenuta in Libia ebraica. You asked for it, and so, here it is, a “60 song mixed tape” of our podcast session music. May it be an uplifting and contemplative soundtrack as you go forth into the biggest quest of all… your life! Hey, you like it when somebody reads a story to you, right? Join me as I read book one of my Tales of Eldelórne trilogy. This story is not the tale of a singular hero on a great quest. There is no magical sword to bear. No burden of deliverance from evil rests on any one shoulder. This is a story about life, and a family clan with a bond that has endured throughout time. The only reward for their acts of bravery is the joy they find in being with each other. These are the elves of Eldelórne. Here’s your first clue to the Tales of Eldelórne chilling prophecy: "She was taught the song that would return the light, and so it was, the light was born back into the world, and she loved him as a son, and thus the hiril vuin willingly protected the golden monarchy." The queen's heart, from the first age, the Age of Dreams.
