When Hamas attacked Israel just over two weeks ago, it took more than 200 hostages back to Gaza. I want to know their names.' I obviously refused to answer. And then he got right up in my face, I mean literally came nose-to-nose with me, and told me 'You don't want to mess with me. Do you know what happens to people who mess with me? I'm a gangster.' "

A13-year-old girl is abducted as she walks from her bus stop to her home.  There, she is jumped by four men, dressed all in black. The men tape her eyes and mouth shut, throw her in the trunk of a car and drive off. The teen is taken to a rural area 20 miles away, tied to a tree and assaulted. The girl is left there, half-nude, but she manages to get away and seek help. As police investigate, they find a plot planned by someone known to the girl. Her father's  live-in girlfriend, who has been asked to leave the home. This topic is very close to home for me, which is why I decided to speak to Brendan, another alienated father - so that we can speak out and hopefully help other fathers out there who are going through this. Our judicial systems have failed us. They don't see fathers as important people and we are left out to sea like drift wood. So what do we do when we face these issues? sit and observe? No. We learn more about this problem that fathers face and help others who are thinking of getting married so that they can look out for the red flags when they're thinking of getting married. Who you have children with is very important - especially when it comes to a marriage breakdown and co-parenting is much needed to keep the children stable somewhat. But if the mother goes against the father, and shows anger and resentment towards them, it becomes an all out war to get to them through the children. This is when child abuse begins. We will call it out for what it is. Refusing to allow a child to have good contact with his/her father is child abuse and a modern day version of kidnap. It has become legalized kidnap because the law is allowing this. It's time we spoke up about this farce and raise awareness so that our children no longer have to suffer. We will not be silenced. Sherri Papini admits her 2016 kidnapping was a hoax, pleading guilty. The 39-year-old,  sentenced to 18 months in prison, has been released into a residential management program. Her official release date is in October. The mom was reported missing and told investigators when she was found 22 days later that a pair of Hispanic women kidnapped her at gunpoint.  Papini said her kidnappers abused her and then shoved her out of a car. Papini was emaciated, her hair was cut shorter, and she had cuts and bruises all over her body, but prosecutors said she caused the injuries herself. The case was broken in 2020 when DNA led investigators to Papini's ex, who told them she had been with him the entire time.  Federal prosecutors charged Papini with 34 counts of mail fraud and one count of making false statements. Papini accepted a plea deal, but didn't explain why she created an elaborate kidnapping hoax, although she apologized for her actions.  Panini's story began to unravel when investigators found male DNA on her clothing that led them to her ex-boyfriend, whom she had been staying with while she pretended to be missing. He dropped her off along Interstate 5 when she said she wanted to go back home. Investigators said that the former boyfriend said that Papini had asked him to hit her but he refused. Instead, he agreed to hold a hockey stick for her to run into and pelted her with hockey pucks. He also said he branded her at her request. Graduation was just a few days away when a 23-year-old Pennsylvania coed when missing.   Chloe Stein was last seen leaving her job at a Sonic restaurant in Hempfield Township.  Her boyfriend received a text that night saying she was being pulled over, but she wasn't seen or heard from again. Police issued a Missing Endangered Person Advisory for her.   Two days later State Police received a tip that Stein was at a home in Jeannette. She was found safe. She told police that  she was abducted at gunpoint by a man in a mask  and was later released.
