“Food noise”. By Attribution 3.0http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
By Attribution 3.0http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
Links relacionados:Tirzepatide as Compared with Semaglutide for the Treatment of ObesityComida Sem Filtro #88 – Injetáveis Para EmagrecerComida Sem Filtro #146 – Ozempic: Como Evitar O Reganho De Peso? By Attribution 3.0http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/

By Attribution 3.0http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
Another Week, Another GUEST! This week the girls are THRILLED to be bringing on a phenomenal professional in the industry- KALEY JENSEN! Kaley Jensen, a wife and mother, is also a professional dancer, adjunct professor, Pilates teacher trainer, choreographer, cross-fitter, and creator of the Mentoring Program for Dancers: Mindset to Movement. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Kaley attended Brigham Young University as a dance major and business minor. She performed and toured with the Theatre Ballet Company all four years, and trained on scholarship at the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance and Ballet West. While there, she received academic and international talent awards at the World Dance Movement in Italy. She later pursued her Masters of Fine Arts at the University of Arizona, where she met her future husband and further developed her passion for performing, educating, and choreographing. After her first year, a severe car accident left her with a broken back, but she recovered and returned to dance with the help of a dedicated Pilates regimen, a discipline that soon became a new passion. Since moving to Dallas in 2017, Kaley has completed her Pilates training and has been teaching and choreographing locally for studios and dance departments, including Richland College and, more recently, Collin College. She also presented at the national AGO conference for two consecutive years. Her professional dance credentials include performances with Bruce Wood Dance, Zion Dance Project, Ballet North Texas, Collin County Ballet Theatre, Ballet Dallas, and most recently, Full Circle Dance. Some professional highlights include performing the lead in the original work by Silas Farley of New York City Ballet, Dew Drop and Sugar Plum Fairy in "The Nutcracker," the role of Phoenix in "Phoenix Rising" by Zach Ingram of Alvin Ailey, and the principal in the award-winning "HIVE" by Tiffanee Arnold. Through her example and mentorship, Kaley loves empowering dancers to reignite their passion and turn their dream careers into a vivid reality. Sister Vish-Knew is one of the founders of the Sisters Of Perpetual Indulgence, a nonprofit activist organization originally based in San Francisco. Hailing from Iowa, Sister Vish-Knew produced the first Midwest Gay Pride Conference back when the entire state of Iowa had only three gay organizations, three gay bars, and two student groups. Sister Vish-Knew also formed a traveling drag performance troupe in Iowa City called the "Sugar Plum Fairies." Shortly after, Sister Vish-Knew moved to San Francisco and — together with a few other friends in nuns' habits — founded the Sisters Of Perpetual Indulgence. Since then, the organization has grown worldwide, with chapters all over the world championing LGBTQ+ rights and promoting joy through activism. Today it is such fun to introduce you to my friend and debut author Angela Bell. There is something so sweet about that first, full-length book, and when you tackle something that blends Around the World in 80 Days with Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies you get the wonder and magic of A Lady's Guide to Marvels and Misadventures. Y'all, I loved this novel. It was such fun with Victorian whimsy and a hint of steampunk. Historical romance, heavy on wonder and fun. Mystery with a tinge of suspense. Romance with a dollop of travel. There is unexpected depth to the hero and heroine as they both wrestle with the demons of feeling isolated and alone. The fantastical journey they embark on is a wonderous race around 1860 Europe, but it's also an exploration to learn about themselves. I so loved this carefully constructed, intricately timed journey of exploration and fun with hints of suspense and fun. Wait! I'm gushing. In our chat, we explored how her desire to travel shows up in this novel as well as how her love for the hero's war injury impacts him. We explore how she knew she was an author and the advice she would give her younger writing self. It was such fun to connect over this fun story, and I can't wait to hear what you think. The premiere of Tchaikovsky's seminal ballet ‘The Nutcracker', on 18th December, 1892, at the Imperial Mariinsky Theatre, Saint Petersburg. It was NOT a hit. The composer, who thought the Alexander Dumas source material was slight and childish, only agreed to write the piece if it was shown in a double-bill with his opera, ‘Iolanta'. He certainly didn't want to repeat the critical failure of his earlier work: a certain ‘Swan Lake'. In this episode, Arion, Rebecca and Olly explain how a trip to Paris inspired one of ballet's most famous moments; check out some of the reviews of the day, when body-shaming ballerinas was evidently not discouraged; and explain how Czar Alexander was (literally) catered for in the stage directions… Further Reading: • "The Nutcracker's" disturbing origin story: Why this was once the world's creepiest ballet' (Salon, 2014): https://www.salon.com/2014/12/24/the_nutcrackers_disturbing_origin_story_why_this_was_once_the_worlds_creepiest_ballet/ • ‘Sweet holiday staple 'The Nutcracker' may be darker than you think' (The Washington Post, 2022): https://www.washingtonpost.com/theater-dance/2022/11/25/nutcracker-history-russian-imperialism/ • ‘Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky / Nina Kaptsova - Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy' (2010): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wz_f9B4pPtg This episode first premiered in 2022, for members of

This episode took our listeners on a spine-tingling journey, unraveling the darker and more unsettling aspects of what appears to be a whimsical holiday custom. The atmosphere of the episode was further enhanced by our carefully selected interlude music, the iconic "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies." This closing track, with its unique blend of humor and edge, perfectly encapsulated the episode's theme of blending holiday cheer with a touch of horror, leaving our listeners with a memorable end to a truly haunting story.Support the showYe olde march shop https://www.aohpmerch.com/s/shopDemented Darkness https://open.spotify.com/show/2ausD083OiTmVycCKpapQ8Dark Side of the Nerd https://open.spotify.com/show/6cwN3N3iifSVbddNRsXRTuFoxhound43 https://rumble.com/user/Foxhound43
The Holiday season is here, and what a better way to celebrate than with rock and blues legendary guitarist, Gary Hoey! Gary just released a new album for Record Store Day (2023): Hark the Ho Ho Hoey Hits. Plus he has begun his holiday Ho Ho Hoey tour. This episode of our show is all things Christmas and holidays, with a little added spice by Gary. In 1993, Gary Hoey got well known with his remake of Focus' "Hocus Pocus". He then followed that with the Endless Summer 2 soundtrack and in 1997 with one of his first big Christmas hits: "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch". Gary one time auditioned for Ozzy Osbourne, when Ozzy was searching for a replacement for Jake E. Lee, but the job went to Zakk Wylde. Now after 30 years and 24 albums, Gary is still considered one of today's most acclaimed guitarists.
A belief in Faeries has existed for centuries and stretches all around the world. Early stories of faeries originate in medieval Western Europe and this is where we get the term "Fairy Tales." Stories of faeries traveled with the colonists to America and are still strong in Appalachian and Ozark lore. There are many theories as to what faeries may be and because of this, they take many forms in folklore. And while most people believe that faeries are not real, the belief in these creatures is very real. And there are tales that go beyond superstition and leave open the possibility that faeries may just exist. Join us as we explore the folklore about these fascinating beings and examine some of the tales that are told about them!
