    The author of Hebrews 12 says, "Let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.”  ‍How many of us are slowed down, or never finish the race at all, simply because we need to let go of some extra pounds? What are the weights that God is asking us to let go of? Is it the heavy burden of guilt and shame?  Well, take heart, because the bible says there is No Condemnation in Christ Jesus.
