When they finally found David, they went to sleep until the morning. While they slept, David was able to get so close to Saul that he stuck a spear in the ground by his head. After all the things that Saul did to David, he was in position to kill him but he didn't. Understand that you can either react to the position you're in or receive the one that God has for you.
