Is it just me or is time flying by? How do we make the most out of our short time here on Earth? That’s what we’re here to find out. I’m Justin Long and I’ve been an actor for most of my life, so I’m used to getting inside the heads of the characters I play. But now that I’m getting older (I’m in my forties, yikes), I want to peek inside the heads of real people to learn how they find meaning in life. I’m also very curious what their favorite snack food is, and what emoji they use most often — ya know, the REALLY important stuff. Every episode I’ll get personal with all kinds of people, from actors to musicians to deep thinkers who fascinate me. My brother Christian is on hand each episode to keep me honest, and occasionally remind me about some of the embarrassing things I’ve done over the years. Join us, or if you have more important things to do, that’s okay too — life is short! Listen ad-free on Wondery+ or on Amazon Music with a Prime membership or Amazon Music Unlimited subscription.

The Life is Short with Justin Long podcast is an absolute gem. From the moment you start listening, you're transported back to the wholesome movies of the 90s, where sibling love and care shine through. However, this podcast offers so much more than just a feel-good experience. It's like a PG movie with dogs that never die and a neighbor who oversharing in the best way possible. It's difficult to put into words, but I genuinely enjoy it and find myself laughing out loud far too often while listening.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the variety of topics and guests that Justin Long brings on. As a lover of podcasts across different genres, this one stands out as my number one favorite. Each episode feels like getting cozy under a blanket with a warm drink, reading your favorite book while raindrops tap against your windowpane and a crackling fire provides background music. The conversations flow naturally, without any sense of rush or agenda. From silly moments to deep dives into philosophical thoughts, existential questions, religion, and personal experiences, every aspect of life is explored in an engaging and meaningful way.

Furthermore, the chemistry between Christian and Justin Long during their post-interview discussions is what I look forward to most in each episode. Their banter is fun and entertaining, often resulting in laugh-out-loud moments. Even if you're not familiar with Justin Long or his work, this podcast will still capture your attention with its kindness, positivity, and genuine approach to serious topics.

While there are many positive aspects to The Life is Short podcast with Justin Long, it's important to acknowledge that it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Some listeners may find certain episodes less interesting if they're not fans of celebrity interviews. However, for those who enjoy close relationships being explored through conversations and storytelling, the Life is Shorter episodes provide an extra layer of enjoyment.

In conclusion, The Life is Short with Justin Long podcast is a must-listen. It offers a unique blend of entertainment, reflection, and humor that will leave you feeling content and smiling throughout every episode. Whether you're a fan of movies and pop culture or simply enjoy genuine conversations between interesting individuals, this podcast has something for everyone. Life is indeed short, so do yourself a favor and give this podcast a listen - you won't regret it.
