Justin's path to healing has been a lifelong journey involving AA, a pivotal mentor named Roland, and transformative trauma therapy. We talk about how he learned to develop self-awareness, challenge those negative beliefs instilled in him since childhood, and shift from self-loathing to self-love. He now applies these profound lessons to his leadership role at Spring Hill Equine Veterinary Clinic, where he focuses on knowing himself to lead himself, understanding his team as individuals, and creating a positive culture where people can grow. His message is a powerful reminder that if you don't feel good about who you are, you have the power to change that.
