A Princess for Christmas, Princess Switch 3, A Christmas Competition, 8-Bit Christmas, and A Christmas Family Tree were all reviewed this week by Emily and Sophia. Each movie had it's own unique story line revolving around the ever so wonderful holiday of Christmas. Emily is a sucker for the older Hallmark movies, so she watched and reviewed A Princess for Christmas. It is a 2011 flick that involved a visit to Castlebury (clever) and a healing relationship with the estranged royal family. Is it worth the watch? Emily will tell ya! Sophia spent her Thanksgiving break watching all the Christmas movies. Princess Switch 3 is the third (and hopefully final) movie in the series. Vanessa Hudgeons plays a baker, a princess/queen, and the cousin to the princess/queen. There's a priceless decoration from the Vatican that goes missing, a growing love interest between 2 spies, and an estranged mother/daughter relationship that needs mending. Should you watch it? As the holidays are quickly approaching, I am sending up the third installment of Time Capsule 2K13. Continuing the tradition of years past where I compile the year's best dance hits, I am beginning to wonder if this multi-set series would be better condensed into maybe two volumes. Actually, when I originally started the year-end sets, it was only two; the next several years it ballooned to 8 and then went back down to four. I just wrapped up something new for the site, which is a consolidated year-end set using alternate versions from past sets with several big hits from 2012 that bled into 2013 or better yet you couldn't escape even after they peaked. It's hard to say how you folks will react since it's not like anything I've ever done before. Basically, it's a non-stop party mix that was done in one take and the closest you'll ever get to a live set from me. I'll get more into that when I put it out next week but suffice to say it could very well represent the future of Party Favorz and how I treat mixes.  For now, let's wrap up these Time Capsule sets so I can take a breather for the remainder of the year.
