(1 Korintus 10:13)Renungan: Ketika seorang guru memberi pertanyaan kepada muridnya, sesungguhnya guru tersebut bertanya bukan karena tidak tahu. Sang guru bertanya untuk menguji seperti apa pemahaman muridnya. Guru tersebut sebenarnya sudah punya jawaban dari pertanyaan yang ia berikan. Demikian juga halnya dengan hidup kita. Ketika Tuhan mengizinkan masalah, pergumulan, dan persoalan hidup datang dalam hidup kita, sesungguhnya Tuhan pun sudah punya solusi untuk tiap masalah yang kita hadapi. Dalam 1 Korintus 10:13 dikatakan, "Pencobaan-pencobaan yang kamu alami ialah pencobaan-pencobaan biasa, yang tidak melebihi kekuatan manusia. Sebab Allah setia dan karena itu la tidak akan membiarkan kamu dicobai melampaui kekuatanmu. " Artinya, Tuhan sudah menakar masalah kita dan memastikan bahwa ujian hidup itu sudah terukur. Seorang guru tidak mungkin memberikan soal siswa SMU kepada siswa SD, bukan? Demikianlah Tuhan sudah mengetahui bahwa masalah kita ada di dalam kesanggupan kita. Berikutnya dikatakan bahwa, "Pada waktu kamu dicobai la akan memberikan kepadamu jalan ke luar, sehingga kamu dapat menanggungnya." Kita yang dicobai, tapi Tuhan yang memberikan jalan keluar. Itu sebabnya, saat kita menghadapi masalah maka sudah seharusnya alamat pertama yang kita tuju adalah Tuhan. Ayat tersebut berkata dengan jelas bahwa Tuhanlah yang akan memberi jalan keluar, bukan orang lain, bukan juga diri kita sendiri. Tuhan memberi jalan keluar karena jawaban dari segala persoalan hidup kita sudah ada di tangan-Nya. Jika kita masih mencari-cari jawaban di luar Tuhan, alangkah bodohnya kita. Apakah saat ini kita sedang berhadapan dengan masalah besar? Jangan takut. Jangan khawatir. Serahkan masalah kita kepada Tuhan. Percayalah kepada-Nya dan jangan bersandar pada pengertian kita sendiri. Ketika kita mengandalkan Tuhan, kita akan melihat bagaimana dengan cara ajaib Tuhan akan menolong dan memberikan jalan keluar kepada kita. Tuhan Yesus memberkati.
