This is the end - of Generation Z, anyway. This show tried to do an awful lot and succeeded at times, but ultimately, it just didn't have time to do what Ben Wheatley was trying to accomplish.

Considerations for Game Masters (GMs) on balancing encounters involving undead to maintain challenge without overwhelming players. Incorporating Undead into Campaigns: Tips for GMs on creating compelling undead villains or factions that align with the campaign's tone and setting. Ideas for plot hooks and adventures centered around undead themes, such as necromantic cults or haunted locales. Player Interaction with Undead: Strategies for players when facing undead adversaries, emphasizing the importance of knowledge about undead weaknesses and resistances. Discussion on character options and tools effective against undead, like specific spells or magical items. Two brothers cause chaos in a small village when they move a rotten body unintentionally spreading evil. When Evil Lurks is a hidden gem of a possession movie. Taking the form of a rotten, zombie-looking individual that is festering away in a small village, evil is at work. The film features two brothers as the leads who try to protect their families at all costs given the lack of information about the evil force at hand, but end up unintentionally making the lives of everyone around them worse. The film explores the relationship of the supernatural with children and effectively presents a new entry into possession and undead films that hasn't been seen before. It's bloody, it's fun, and at times, hard-to-watch. These three cold cases date back to the 1970s: The Rochester Alphabet Murders, The Ann Arbor VA Hospital Murders and the California Astrological Murders. Despite the advance of science and use of DNA, these cases are considered technically active, but cold. Many of the players in these events are deceased or elderly, including the perpetrator(s), many having taken their secrets to the grave. Evidence in some cases has been destroyed or lost, and one can only hope that unexpectedly a new clue, p [...]

Ghosts of Mars (2001) Ice Cube. Mars. Undead space convicts. What more could you ask for?In this episode, the Dream Team dives into Ghosts of Mars (2001)—John Carpenter's sci-fi horror that's equal parts action, chaos, and pure early 2000s energy. We break down the over-the-top performances, wild special effects, and whether this movie deserves cult status or should be left drifting in space.
Join me and my guest Darren from The Undead Symphony podcast as we caht about another movie thats a prime example with what im trying to do with the podcast for 2025.Cooties is another movie im chatting about that neevr guest spoken about and its its difficult to see why as its a very rare movie that actually nails what a horror comdey should be. It's a very funny movie that when it gets to the horror moments, it really goes there, but it also has a cast with a lot of familiar favourites such as Elijah Wood and Rainn Wilson and it's even written by Leigh Whannell who also appears in this movie playing in my view one of the best horror characters of all time that's how good he is in this movie and that's how good this movie is. So if you haven't seen cooties yet then go watch it and I truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do, but we talk all about all of this in the episode. Be sure to listen right to the end for the segment your first time someone has sent me over a first time horror movie memory to read out for you. They say the fires at Caledonia Mills started on their own, but anyone who spent a night there knew something far more sinister was at work.==========HOUR ONE: “The Witching Hour of 3AM” *** You don't have to go to a cemetery or haunted house to experience the supernatural. You don't need to drive a cursed road to encounter a ghost. Sometimes the paranormal takes place on military bases. (The Military And The Mysterious) *** The corpse of a murderer winds up doing advertising for a drug store. (The Murder of Maggie Walker) *** In 1922, an otherwise unremarkable farmhouse in Novia Scotia was the site of alleged poltergeist activity which made headlines all over Canada and the United States. A poltergeist that liked to set fires. (The Fire Spook of Caledonia Mills)==========HOUR TWO: Claiming to audibly hear from God either makes you crazy, or a prophet – and only time can tell which is true. If you claim things are going to happen because God says they will – and then they don't happen – that means you're cray cray, and a false prophet. That also makes your followers a bunch of dupes. Sadly, the 19th and 20th centuries were full of crazy false prophets with mindless sheep worshipping them. (Creating False Prophets) *** Headline: “Exciting Wake!” When you see the words “exciting” and “wake” in the same headline, you can make a guess that someone is not resting in peace! (Exciting Wake)==========SUDDEN DEATH OVERTIME: A smitten fan falls in love with a talented actress, and convinces himself she loves him in return. This sounds very much like a story out of today's entertainment magazines – but this tale of unrequited love took place in the 1880's. (The Lunatic James Dougherty) *** The terrifying Aswang is the most feared creature of Philippine folklore—and with good reason. I'll tell you why. (The Deadly Aswang) ** Reports have been coming in from people claiming to see full-sized African lions not in the Savannah or in the wilderness – but in North America. But is there any truth to the their claims? HOUR ONE: “The devil made me do it.” It's an excuse that has been used so often by so many that it has lost its meaning, and its effectiveness. So only a fool or a madman would commit a horrible act and then try to blame it on the devil or a demon… unless, of course, that person truly believes that is exactly what happened to them. (A Demon Made Me Do It) *** The little Norwegian village of Bærum Verk still stands as an old foundry settlement, and is an active place, both as a place to work, and as a place to live – and as a place to keep living even after you're dead. (The Most Haunted Village in Norway) *** There are more than a few stories from upright citizens around the world who claim to have seen tiny humans. I'm not talking about the diminutive human beings we used to classify as dwarves or midgets until we became more enlightened. I'm talking about short, maybe two-foot tall, perfectly proportioned people. (Big Stories About Little People)==========HOUR TWO: Like many desolate places, the Arctic has its share of ghost stories and haunted legends floating around the frigid, wild areas of its domain. It might be the frights rather than the cold that gives you goosebumps. (Ghostly Shivers of the Arctic Circle) *** You never know what might be lurking just out of sight – in the shadows, behind a door. I'll share a few true stories that might make you double-check the locks at night and check the closet before going to bed. (Never Trust The Dark) *** When you think of the Salem Witch Trials, you typically think of women being burned at the stake, innocently accused of witchcraft. There are two incorrect assumption about that mental picture. First, most of the accused were hung, and none have been truly verified to be burned alive. And second, sorcery and Satan worship were not seen to be bound by gender, and so either a man, woman, boy, or girl could be a witch. And one of those unfortunate men was Giles Corey – but his punishment went beyond the norm, and into the gruesome. (The Most Dreadful Execution of The Salem Witch Trials)==========SUDDEN DEATH OVERTIME: When John and Eva were married they told their relatives that they planned to honeymoon on the Atlantic coast, but John had another plan, and it would not be his last deception. But it would be the first act in what ended up being a mystery that has still gone unsolved to this day. (The Lawrenceburg Shanty-Boat Mystery) *** Weirdo family member James Pierce brings a true story that he calls, “It Came Through the Screen Door”. *** A 5-year-old boy having the time of his life at a carnival suddenly goes missing – and when found later there is no evidence whatsoever as to how he got where he was, who took him there, or what happened to him before he was found. (The Disturbing Case of Little Stephen McKerron) *** Weirdo family member Joy Cruz remembers something her mother told her as a child… and it quite possibly saved her soul.
