It was a wild night Saturday in Manchester, England, Liam Smith scored a big TKO over Chris Eubank Jr. and we're ready to recap that fight and go over some fight news off the weekend on the 'Fight Freaks Unite Recap" podcast. Host T.J. Rives returns with insider Dan Rafael of BigFightWeekend.com, to talk more about Smith's big win and what it means for the future of he and Eubank Jr., including how likely is an immediate rematch? Dan also has his thoughts on the undercard from Boxxer promotions, as well. Next, Dan has more on the news that Australian star Tim Tszyu will actually fight an "interim" bout with former 154 lb. junior middleweight champ Tony Harrison. This while Tszyu has to wait for undisputed champ Jermell Charlo to heal from a broken hand. Tszyu is the most popular fighter in Australia and will easily sell out whatever venue the promoters choose to fight the tough American. Dan also has news on jr. lightweight champ Josh Taylor's latest injury that will keep him from his rematch, again, with Jack Catterall. Those two waged a close controversial decision won by Taylor over a year ago. Taylor has had delays and another injury that stalled this fight and now they must wait longer. Finally, the guys get nostalgic talking George Foreman's famous "Down Goes Frazier!" KO of Smokin' Joe 50 years ago this weekend. Plus, Iron Mike Tyson has a significant anniversary, as well, with his defeat of legendary Larry Holmes. It's all on the latest "Fight Freaks Unite Recap" and make sure to follow/subscribe on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google, etc.!!
