Lyle opens up the show by reacting to the Cardinals trading Willson Contreras to the Red Sox and what that could mean for the Mariners and a Brendan Donovan trade, along with a potential Ketel Marte trade and the idea of bringing back Eugenio Suarez. Then, they re-air their conversation with Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald to hear all of his insight after the Thursday night win over the Rams.

In a 90 minute sprint, Arcand gives his early thoughts on the Ravens and puts a stamp on any potential friction between Mike Vrabel and Josh McDaniels. it may be quiet, but keep an antenna up for something to occur down the road. Then, injuries on the defensive side of the ball along with having a hard time containing Josh Allen should create some worry for Patriots' fans ahead of Sunday night against Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry. And, it looks like there's a blinking contest going on between the Red Sox and Diamondbacks when it comes to Ketel Marte and Alex Bregman.

With the Red Sox wanting to trade for Ketel Marte from the Diamondbacks, Arcand believes Arizona is trying to play mind games with Boston by showing interest in Alex Bregman.

Between trading for Sonny Gray who they could see as the number two starter, floating Marcelo Mayer in a trade for Ketel Marte, and letting Alex Bregman talk with Arizona, there really isn't anything the Red Sox have done during this offseason that makes much sense.

Wolf and Luke discuss where the best fit would be for Ketel Marte if the Arizona Diamondbacks trade him and if the Phoenix Suns need to finish ahead of the Golden State Warriors in order to make the playoffs.
