Schlich operates with his podcast cross-sectorally. For him, a visual artist has to think transversely instead of just enjoying the luxury of being the antagonist. To drive the narrative and be a protagonist, he will dive and discover with us into the unknown and exciting deep ocean of the creative mind. Detlef Schlich is Podcaster, Visual Artist, Film Maker, Ritual Designer and Media Archaeologist, living and loving in West Cork and best known for his Essay about the Cause and Effect of Shamanism, Art and Digital Culture and the video installation Transodin´s Tragedy. He mainly works in performance, photography, painting, sound, installations, and film. To research our human condition and create artwork from this reflection he is often using the methodology of the digital shaman as alter ego. His media archaeology is a conceptual and practical exercise in carving out the aesthetic, cultural, and political singularities of media in culture.WEBSITE LINKSDetlef SchlichInstagramDetlef Schlich ArTEEtude I love West Cork Artists FacebookDetlef Schlich I love West Cork Artists Group ArTEEtudeYouTube Channelsvisual PodcastArTEEtudeCute Alien TV official WebsiteArTEEtude Detlef Schlich Det Design Tribal Loop Download here for free Detlef Schlich´s Essay about the Cause and Effect of Shamanism, Art and Digital Culturehttps://www.researchgate.net/publication/303749640_Shamanism_Art_and_Digital_Culture_Cause_and_EffectSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/arteetude-a-podcast-with-artists-by-detlef-schlich/donations

Owners of aging vehicles in France may soon be able to trade in their clunker for money to buy an electric bicycle. Lawmakers in France's parliament have approved the measure in a preliminary vote. The measure is part of a draft climate bill passing through the National Assembly. The climate bill aims to reduce greenhouse emissions by 40% in 2030 from 1990 levels. If adopted, France will become the first country in the world to offer people the chance to trade in an aging vehicle for an electric or folding bicycle, the French Federation of Bicycle Users (FUB) said. “For the first time it is recognized that the solution is not to make cars greener, but simply to reduce their number,” said Olivier Schneider of the FUB. The measure would let owners trade in their aging vehicles for €2,500 (¥326,000) to buy an electric or folding bicycle. (Reuters) This article was provided by The Japan Times Alpha.

Harley Davidson Releases An Electric Bicycle WTF News
Hello fellow residents of our dystopian- and hopefully alternate- reality that is 2020. Welcome to episode 47 of BORP. In this round Mick discusses his time spent at the recent indigenous rights demonstration from oration to musical output. Meanwhile Tristan has recently discovered vitamins and supplements so it's a bit of a sliding scale for self betterment. Also, Mick added sound effects to this episode so it's kinda like 90s talk radio and it's awesome. We think. Moving on to beers (5:45) we try some lovely offerings from Electric Bicycle and Ile Sauvage. For our album pick (21:10) we listened to the subversive but no less seminal debut LP from 90s slack hip hop pioneers The Pharcyde, Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde. For movie time (1:25:36) we watched the Tarantino, grindhouse, *literal* thrill ride, Death Proof. In his enthusiasm for the subject matter Tristan mixed up the names of the actors and cars in it several times; he begs forgiveness. New and Noteworthy (2:16:20) from A Tribe Called Red, Special Interest, Caleb Heppner, and Phoebe Bridgers. For three questions (2:46:00) Mickey grossly over estimates how much Tristan eats; Tristan also pretty much forgets how to count to 10. You don't have to forgive him for that one. Find the episode on Spotify or iTunes. We also have our EP47 playlist that features every track we discuss at length on Spotify and Apple Music. Thanks for listening!
