Our artists were down in Bogotá for the pageant in 2011, and what you're about to hear is from the interviews with the contestants and inmates there. Florencia Lozano, who plays Téa Delgado on ABC Daytime's "One Life to Live," will be making her first appearance on BuzzWorthy Radio next week. Florencia Lozano first appeared on OLTL as Téa Delgado in 1997, and instantly became a popular character amongst fans. During her tenure on One Life to Live, Lozano was in an Off Broadway play called Lick in June 1999; from August to September 2000, she appeared in Love’s Labor Lost, a Shakespearean play produced out of Berkeley in Orinda, CA. In addition to her popularity with soap opera fans, Lozano was named one of "Daytime's Hardest Working Women" by About.com, and titled one of soap opera's "Most Beautiful Women" by magazine Soap Opera Update. After leaving the show in 2002, Lozano returned to OLTL in September 2008, and her character was once again shown on-screen in December of that year. Being involved in some of the most talked about storylines, including her most recent where Tea was presumed dead after having a brain tumor, Florencia and Téa have become staples in daytime television as a strong female character and actress. Lozano also premiered her play this summer, entitled, "underneathmybed," written by herself. In underneathmybed, there’s something underneath Daisy’s bed…something or someone.
