Dina Freidman.  She struggled with perfectionism in her life and if she couldn't be perfect she sometimes got frustrated and gave up on it.  When she had a chance to sit down and rationalize her situation in 2020 during COVID she found perfection wasn't necessary as it brought her joy.  She wrote a book about it and is searching to have it published.  She talks to us about her struggles with perfection and gives advice to those (LIKE ME) that struggle with this very thing. Finally I close the show talking about how perfectionism impacted my life even to this day.  How I dealt with it and things I think you can do to rationalize your thoughts by setting goals then reevaluate goals.https://emmalynndowd.comSocial Media @emmalynndowd

If you don't think the Nashville shooting this week had anything to do with Jazz Jennings, the LGBTQ or what have you, think again! The shooter was LGBTQ trangender FtM, that was frustrated over her parents rejecting her transgender life and TN's recent banning of transitioning children. She open fired at a CHRISTIAN school, Christianity is something the LGBTQ and the left have villianized and said needs to be attacked and it happened. Jazz is innocent in the shooting and did not incite violence, but the US has been fighting against drag book hours, and transitioning children. Jazz - the youngest child to undergo transition medication was essentially an eperiment. In her last episode of I Am Jazz - Season 8 - she admitted she regrets her transition as she never feels right. Transing her at such a young age forced her to undergo 4 major bottom surgeries to fix the issue, she was not happier as they say, her mental health declined and it pretty much validated what the state of TN was saying when they banned transitioning on children and drag shows outside of a club. So her results and the outcry from parents is causing a movement - politically with laws to protect our children. All this and more in this episode of It's Emma's World

I talk about my stance and try to show each side what the other one sees, and why the outcry from the white people isn't #racist #bigoted rather they feel it's culture appropriation and I bring the idea to life that "WHAT IF: Tiana, Mulan, Moana, Princess Elena, or those characters were remade white... or what about a political figure like Martin Luther King Jr., Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks, Ghandi ...reimagined white... Then a new study out of a university in New England states that gender dysphoria doesn't exist. That basically deems transgender people irrelevant and their experience non existent but supports the gender fluid people. Is this a reality or rather a bogus study to push an agenda or narrative.

The reason it's so important is because it allows you to get your name out there with an agent working for you. Say you have a private island, you build a 5 star resort on it, it's the hotspot for the ages but if nobody knows you're there, it's a beautiful place on a deserted island. There are things you need to know to do publicity right, things you have to consider for your marketing budget and more... we talk about all of this with publicist/marketer Neil Haley

On It's Emma's World we believe in giving everyone a voice. We give each political side the chance to voice their opinions without judgement or persecution. We believe in fairness in the media and allowing people to discuss their frustrations. Even if we don't agree we treat them with respect and do not "combat" what they are saying. We let the listener's make up their mind. There was a time in this country you could say what you wanted and not be persecuted or prosecuted but that's changing rapidly as PC culture takes over. Teisha was banned from Twitter for mentioning GOD which goes against their community standard, but it's OK to say Allah and d@@th to America. When someone is censored on social media they do not use "independent" sources to fact check they use politically bias sources which can skew the facts; like it or not most major news outlets have been caught skewing the truth or lying all together. Both sides do it. Censorship is based on those that go against one's belief or agenda, after doing lots of research and asking people I can say it's true. Like it or not, the conservatives are being silenced and do not fight back just look at the stats of people censored or fact checked and you will see it's true this is not made up.Teisha wrote a book called Liberal Lies which she outlines lies the liberals have pushed on abortion and other things. These are her beliefs, these are her experiences and she's going to lay them out in this interview.

It's Emma's World - Episode 18 - Electoral College and How It Protects Us

During the Constitutional Convention the Founding Fathers understood that states like Delaware would not have an equal say and voice in the Presidential Elections based on a popular vote because at the time places like NYC and Philadelphia had more population than the smallest state in the union; so candidates would tailor their campaigns around these areas and their interests, neglecting states like Delaware and Rhode Island. The solution - The Electoral College. In 2016 President Trump won the election by the Electoral College and not the popular vote. The liberals have cried to abolish the Electoral College because their voice was not heard and it "silenced them"... WRONG! If you understand how the Electoral College works you will realize that is a bold faced lie by people who were shocked and upset. The Electoral College did it's job, it gave places like Iowa, Montana, Delaware and other small states and equal chance to be heard, force the Candidates to listen and chose the President. CA allows illegal and documented aliens here in the US the ability to vote, that only hurts CA and not the other 49 states who's voice would not be drowned out by people who are not citizens thanks in part to CA, it also allowed the popular vote to sway towards Hillary Clinton. It's Emmas World - Episode 17 - Abortions and Taking Responsibility

Play Episode Listen Later Sep 7, 2021 30:01

After Texas made it illegal for abortions to take place after a certain "time" the liberals and women everywhere have been up in arms. Emma however being pro-choice is up in arms too, she's extremely heated because abortion doesn't even need to happen if we are responsible for the absolute most part. Instead we made bad choices, the baby suffers who is innocent, and the abortion can be subsidized by the government so the woman doesn't have to pay... making it her responsibility to pay for and everyone else. So why is that fair to people that are anti-abortion. IT"S NOT and she's fired up. She has no problem with someone aborting a baby, but do it on their own dime and if you make better choices it shouldn't even come to that. Our own desires put in that situation for the most part and the baby suffers. There are exceptions, she covers Roe vs. Wade and what are the ONLY exceptions for an abortion according to the law. It's gonna get hot, she speaks her mind unabridged, she points fingers at everyone and makes us all responsible - but she will still fight for your choice and love and not judge as long as you use your own funds.
