Star Geelong Forward Ollie Henry joins Breakfast With Harf after the Cats big win over North Melbourne yesterday in which he kicked a lazy 4 goals. We also discuss next weekends match against the Bombers which looms as Match of the Round.
No word of a basketball background but the Captain in waiting turned in a triple double. Quite simply Andy is back to his brilliant best. Time to Restump Podcast our season levelling win over the Cats. Going into the round four wins and five losses we desperately needed the win, simply because we cannot put a foot wrong if we're to pinch a spot in the eight by season's end. While the challenge wasn't exactly as hot as it could have been, the important aspect is it was mission accomplished. Andy Brayshaw is obviously over his knee niggles. He's been building the last few weeks and on Saturday we saw his return to the top off the tree. His work rate is at such a level, workhorses are looking at him and thinking they need to lift their games! His midfield mate Caleb Serong is on an equal footing, Jaegar is fast becoming the player we thought we were getting and if there is anyone doubting Nat Fyfe's role anywhere in the team, then put a replay of the game on slow motion and just keep your eyes on him, with and without the ball. Luke Jackson continues to make his knockers look like they're wearing Ronald McDonald shoes, Josh Treacy's influence was far above and beyond his numbers on the stat sheet, Bailey Banfield had a good game that could have been a career best game and… our equal leading goal kicker… where did he come from Cotton Eye Jye!Despite having 3 goals kicked on him, our current Captain did a supreme job on the mountain of a man that is Tom Hawkins. Luke Ryan was super solid but admittedly helped by Jeremy Cameron's inaccurate boot, Brandon Walker held the All-Australian small forward Tyson Stengle well and Jordan Clark gave his former team another showing of what they let go. Quite simply it was a win for the collective ironically through the performing of individual roles. It was a win for coaching strategy rendering Tom Stewart's game inconsequential, a win for Sonny Walter's Sir Doug Nicholls round celebratory routine and it was a win for us fans keeping our season well and truly alive. We got the four points and we made it three wins on the bounce but we have to remain realistic. We need to keep in mind that the Cats were without Paddy Dangerfield who has been flying, they were without Cat's midfield stalwart Cam Guthrie, they were without the extremely vital Mitch Duncan and they were without recruit Ollie Henry, who has kicked 16 goals and proves a tricky match up. However, if it's not about unconditional enjoyment of the journey, then what is the point? We take note of external factors but we concentrate on ourselves, control what we can, don't concern ourselves with what we can't and we celebrate what is. So, join us we add a teaspoon of balanced analysis, two cups of shameless celebratory commentary and more than a pinch of nonsense into a tin and bake this Cat culling summary cake. Support the show

Craig McRae discusses the future of young forward Ollie Henry
Given the pain of the loss and the realisation we'd seen David Mundy run out in purple for the final time… it wasn't a Saturday, it was a Sadurday. Time to Restump Podcast Freo's semi-final loss to the ferocious Pies.We went in high on hope but also unfortunately on next to no experience for such a hostile environment. It showed very early and the intensity the Pies brought and hit us with, we had no answers or replies for. While we had no trouble getting our share of the ball, our disposal was under relentless pressure. Admittedly it wasn't the sole cause of our inability to score, but it compounded issues for our more often than not dysfunctional forward line. 14 inside 50s for 1 point in the first quarter painted that picture. After a few early jitters and mistakes our defenders again stood up but the weight of numbers and the Pie pressure further up the ground made it almost an impossible task for our back six.The reality is we were overawed, out pressured, outmuscled and outplayed. We simply were convincingly beaten by a more seasoned and experienced outfit in that particular environment. The margin on paper was 20 points but realistically it was a 10 to 12 goal hiding, so the result wouldn't have been any different had the game been played anywhere else. However, while we don't want to be 'that guy'…. it must make things a tad easier when you've played 16 of your 24 games in 2022 at the MCG and 19 of your 24 games in your home state of Victoria... thereby alleviating the detriment of hours spent on planes.Having said that, to be fair to Collingwood, the possible extra 22-minute car or bus journey from the MCG to Marvel must be brutal! When all said and done, it brought to a close a magnificent season in which we saw substantial growth in individuals and as a collective. We not only got our team of kids a taste of finals, we put a September win on the board. But just as important we got a lesson in where we are and what is required to get to the promised land.Sadly, it also saw the completion of the great David Mundy's wonderful career, a career that left an immeasurable permanent positive impact on the club. So, when one season comes to a close another silly type of season begins. Trade talk season. 90% print, TV and airway filling noise but about 10% materialises. Its difficult not to get caught up in the nonsense so we take the view that if you can't stay clear of it, indulge in it.We start with the Luke Jackson making his intentions clear and we get more hyped up from there. Lobb, Acres, Griff, Henry and whoever else Haggers and SEN clickbait the footy community into buying their exodus narrative! So, while the on-field year is over, the chatter continues. If you've overdosed on the Restump after a long season, go outside have a 'thunder chunder' and you'll be good to click play and go around again in this episode of reviews, analysis and trade talk.
SEN Chief Sports reporter Sam Edmund joined Gerard in the studio to discuss Luke Jackson's likely trade request, West Coast's interest in Mitch Georgiades, Port Adelaide's interest in Kysaiah Pickett, Bradley Hill's potential move to North Melbourne, why Ollie Henry is "one to watch" this off-season, Josh Dunkley's chances of moving interstate, and more.
