There is a lot for disciples to learn from Jesus walking on water. Wade teaches how to let God stretch us as disciples and how to rely on his power, not our own.
In Day 5 of "100 Days of Believing Bigger," Marshawn Evans Daniels challenges us to shift our focus from our circumstances to Jesus. Using the story of Peter walking on water, she illustrates the danger of doubt and distraction in our journey of faith. Let's reflect on the significance of keeping our eyes on Jesus, renewing our minds daily, and embracing the truth that we are overcomers through Him.Take a moment to reflect on the message of today's devotional. Consider times when doubt or distraction has threatened to pull you away from God's plan for your life. How can you cultivate a deeper sense of faith and focus on Jesus amidst life's challenges? Let Marshawn Evans Daniels' words inspire you to walk in victory and keep your eyes fixed on the One who holds your future in His hands. As we conclude Day 5 of "100 Days of Believing Bigger," let's commit to keeping our eyes on Jesus and walking in faith, even when the storms of life rage around us. May we daily renew our minds and stand firm in the truth that God has a plan and purpose for each of us. Let's walk confidently in victory, knowing that He who began a good work in us will carry it to completion.Thank you for joining us today on Leading and Loving Life with Jesus. In today's study, you will quickly find that you are in for a treat! We talked about the disciples getting caught in the storm on the sea, and how Jesus came to them walking on the water. We then went with Jesus and the disciples to Capernaum where the people came to Jesus looking for more miracles. Do you serve the Lord only for the bread and the fish? Jesus rebuked these people for their wrong motives, and then He tried to explain to them that He is the Bread sent down from Heaven for us. Do you have the Bread of Life today? In our Q&A segment, we were asked a very humbling question: In Ep. #133, you made a statement in answering the question at the end of the episode, concerning child trafficking and why Holiness churches don't tend to this issue. You said that hypocrisy could be one of the reasons why the topic isn't addressed, and you said: If you're viewing child pornography and claiming to be saved, you are probably a hypocrite already… were you inferring someone could be viewing child pornography and still be saved? We are thoroughly convinced you will be helped by this episode, so go on, listen in with us now!

I know you remember Peter's short water-walking moment - when he asked Jesus to allow him to come out, and then, like many of us, he took his eye off God when things began to change around him. In this episode, I share a little of my water-walking story. Join in on the conversation. Which was the greater miracle: Jesus walking on the water, or Peter walking on the water? If we'd read in Matthew's Gospel that the Son of God, the creator of water as well as the creator of feet, had walked on the water, we might say we almost expected that He could do that. Of course He could! But when Matthew goes on to tell us that one of the Disciples had this same ability - briefly - our eyes get a little bigger. And we have questions! It was a dark and stormy night...for water skiing! The Disciples had been right inside a miracle. They had distributed a few fish sandwiches to thousands of hungry people, and had more leftovers then they started with. They had been amazed but not enlightened, it seems, because that night they encountered a new challenge, and reacted not in faith but in fear. The Master would help them take their next steps - and they would be wet ones! Here's Jim to open his sermon, Water Walking. John's Gospel was the last of the four to be written. According to tradition, the Gospel of Matthew, Mark and Luke were in wide circulation by early A.D. 63 and after John had been released from his banishment to Patmos around A.D. 65 he was urged by one of the other surviving apostles, Andrew, to write his Gospel account. For this reason, John's Gospel does not reiterate most of what Matthew, Mark, and Luke had already written in their Gospels. Instead, John wrote a powerful apologetic for the identity of Jesus as the eternal Son of God who was equal to and submitted to the eternal Father. He does this by offering seven proofs for Christ's deity as presented in each of the miraculous signs he lists. He then concludes by stating these signs have been presented so that the reader would believe.
Doubt is a faith killer. Jesus said that all things are possible for those who believe, but he also instructed us to “doubt not.” Doubt is like the opposing force to faith. Doubt chokes the seed of God's kingdom. Doubt is carnal by nature. Join us today as we discuss how to stay in faith and not let doubt steal our hope.

Hello Everyone! Hope you've had a great week. Mine has been good. ☺️ Water Walking Moments is something I've been working on since I started my podcast. A couple of Tuesday's ago Bishop Willie Holland preached for us, and it was awesome! The title of his message was, “2 Different Storms, 2 Different Outcomes”. U can go to our church Facebook or Instagram page to listen, we also have SoundCloud you can listen on. Absolutely great message. His message was a confirmation for me to share this with y'all. I had been praying about when to share it. Hope it will be a blessing to you. Happy Monday!

Basilisks are some of the most charismatic reptiles currently living on our planet. Yet, not really known for their beauty, but rather more for their incredible ability to literally run across water. There are four species of Basilisk whose primary ranges are in Central America, with some ranging as far north as Mexico, and some ranging as far south as the the northern portions of South America. Generally, all four species of Basilisk are not in crisis, yet. Central America is a global conservation hot spot, as habitat destruction has pushed many species to the brink. We talk about this and more. This week is everything Basilisk and learning about just how they can walk on water is mind blowing and we feel privileged to share this knowledge with you. HERE is just one of the many videos available showing a Basilisk running on water For one cup of "good" coffee a month you can support your favorite podcast on Patreon and give back to conservation.
