There has been a lot of claims Jesus has said about Himself while He was here during His earthly ministry, “I Am The Resurrection and The Life” I Am The Gate”, “I and The Father are One”, “Before Abraham was born I AM” and “ I Am The Way The Truth and The Life”. God has established throughout scripture that His Son is the Only Way to the Father, and why? Jesus is and was God's greatest gift to humanity, God's grace and mercy was wrapped up in the sacrifice of His Only Son Jesus. While there will be so many questions surrounding Jesus Christ it would benefit us to simply accept His work on The Cross as a substitute for our sins. Hey Everyone thank you for tuning in! In this episode I read from the book of Genesis 3:20-24, in God's righteous judgment there's also Grace, love, and a path towards redemption for man. Even though Adam and Eve disobeyed God, God covers them, not condoning their sin but doing two things in this short passage of scripture. 1. He kills an innocent animal to make animal skins for Adam and Eve. 2. He banishes them from The Garden of Paradise, blocking the path and entrance that leads to The Tree of Life, which protects them from eating from it which will cause them to be condemned forever without redemption from God. God always has a plan, always remember God's will is always love, God loves His creation so much that He never wants to be separated from us. God's path to redemption was never The Tree of Life but The Son of God Jesus Christ who is the Giver of Life, and that is Eternal Life! I pray this episode is a blessing to you. In this episode I finish reading the book of Romans, with the Apostle Paul who greets all His friends in ministry those who have labored with Him and traveled with Him and even been imprisoned with Him. Paul's missionary journey to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ was not an easy journey but it was necessary. Paul was sent by God as an Apostle to the Gentiles, and you and I benefit from His letters today from reading these inspiring letters/books like Romans, 1&2 Corinthians, Ephesians, Philippians, Galatians, 1&2 Thessalonians and a few others I may not have mentioned in the New Testament portion of the Bible. Also Paul gives His final instructions to us. “But now as the prophets foretold and as the eternal God has commanded, this message is made known to all Gentiles everywhere, so that they too might believe and obey him.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭16‬:‭26‬ ‭let us treasure this letter of Romans and apply its words of wisdom to our Christian lives. Christ laid out an example for us to follow because when He came to earth, He came to serve not Himself but to serve of and give His life as a ransom and sacrifice for our sins, He showed us what it's like to not be selfish on focusing on ourselves but others around us. Also we read about the Apostle Paul's true ambition and that was to share the Good News to people who never heard of Him before, even though the Gospel of Jesus Christ is currently being shared all over the globe, as believers we should be encouraged even more so as the times on Earth is coming to a close to actively share the message of The Kingdom of God. Going to our local church and ministries is good to draw strength, encouragement, but now we need to take the message of the glorious Gospel outside of the walls of the church. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭13‬:‭1‬ In this episode we read where Paul is addressing the people of His day about respecting authority and those who are in authority, it shows when we respect authority we honor God. Laws are not meant to restrict us from our liberties and freedoms or rights but they are put in place to govern us. Thank You for tuning in! In this episode we conclude our reading of Romans Chapter 11 starting at verse 25-36. Paul is addressing the Gentiles at the church in Rome about God's mercy on them which was caused by God's chosen children of Israel. Israel had become rebellious and ultimately walked away from God and rejected His Gift of Salvation through the death of His Only Son Jesus Christ. As Paul says in the scriptures, the children of Israel had become rebels of God and enemies of The Good News, such a flip around but God in His ultimate plan to give Salvation to the entire world all of humanity this was done to provide us the Gentiles the benefit of receiving God's Salvation. What a wonderful and awesome God! With this we should always rejoice but never take His mercy for granted. God's love is truly unconditional towards us! Today's episode is about God's Mercy on Israel, even though some may see God as harsh, after reading this I understand that God is so loving that He is willing to go through extraordinary measures to bring us to Him. God has and will always be faithful and will NEVER break His promise. Hey everyone thank you for tuning in! Romans 9:30 says “What does all this mean? Even though the Gentiles were not trying to follow God's standards, they were made right with God. And it was by faith that this took place.” Paul starts off by emphasizing the importance of Israel having faith in God's provision and promise to provide a new way of us being made right with God. Unfortunately Israel's unbelief and ultimate rejection of The Messiah caused the spreading of God's salvation towards the Gentiles we are now all beneficiaries of God unlimited grace and a better way of living out our faith through Jesus Christ! As I have been saying God has taken all obstacles out of our way to have a relationship with God but also a way to fulfill a life that is pleasing to God through faith in Jesus Christ and the work He did for us when God offered His Son as a sacrifice for all mankind on the cross. We now have the Gift of The Holy Spirit as our Advocate and Helper and Comforter to aid us and guides us along as we live out our lives. God's provision is so amazing! Paul explains in great detail how God's selection of would be the way He would introduce His self to us in a way that we would all benefit from. God is so good to us, at times I'm not sure if we truly understand just how much God loves, and how deep His love goes. Like the writer of Romans says there is absolutely nothing that will separate us from the love of God. Always remember, God loves us so much that He sent His Son Jesus to die for us to take on the punishment that we deserve, Jesus suffered physically abuse, as well as desertion from everyone to die alone on a cross He did not deserve. God the Father turned His face away from His Son for us, that means Jesus who had no sin became sin for us all. I pray this episode encourages you to become closer to God. We can either live out, our lives struggling to be right with God in our own strength or we can trust the work that did through his son Jesus Christ on the cross. God wants us to be free to live in the power. He provided not in the power that we try to produce ourselves. In this chapter, Paul talks about the sin, nature of how it could never help us to fulfill God‘s law. It will only produce more death, because we are given it every time we agree that God‘s law is good. Today we learned what Christ death on the cross really means and what was the power of the crucifixion it was more than just a man who wanted to sacrifice his life for all humanity also fulfilling God's requirements of sin, it also means that we are united with Christ when we believe in his death, his burial and his resurrection this should be good news for all of us. We no longer have to live according to the law, but according to the grace of God, we no longer have to practice sin, or live, according to sin in our lives, but we can live according to righteousness! So don't let sin be the master of your life, let righteousness and right living rule your life, so that will lead to eternal life in God. In today's episode, I read from Romans 3:1-20 in this episode, Paul continues to address the Jewish people of his day about whether or not being Jewish has its advantages and does circumcision have advantages in their culture. What is so important to understand is that God is faithful, and that no matter what amount of sin that we do doesn't change the way God is toward us. What is equally important? If not more is that we have to understand how bad our sin is in the way God sees it. Just because we have God's grace does not mean this gives us a license to sin. Especially when it comes to sending as a lifestyle we should be encouraged to change especially when we understand how good God is and how much grace He isis giving us. Hey Everyone thank you for tuning in. In this episode I read from the book of Romans, we learn that Paul addressed some issues with the Jewish people of His day about their religion, how they feel very privileged to have the Law of Moses, and how they have the sign they belong to God through circumcision. It is more important to have the “circumcision” of the heart. In His letter to the Roman church he compares them with the Gentiles who didn't have the Law nor were they offered the ceremony of circumcision as evidence they were a Jew. These things are not as important than how you live allowing the Spirit to work on you throughout your life in order to show inwardly that you are His Child. Like my Mother would have said “you don't need to wear a sign around your neck to say you're a Christian” God Bless Mommy for saying such a remarkable but plain and simple statement.
