Relationships are meant to support us. If you've been feeling unsupported in your new or old relationship, I've got some questions to ask yourself so you can determine if you've perhaps lost yourself. I'll explain how to use a balance of masculine and feminine energy, no matter how you identify, so that you can create a safe space for your partner and define the boundaries that are so important in relationships.I'll mention some of the behavior patterns that can lead to resentment and fighting that are a result of losing yourself and what to do if you start feeling like you are not enough for the person you are with, or how to know if you have settled. We'll consider the “sunk cost” fallacy and learn how to manage your NRE (new relationship energy) while being cautious of love bombing. The negative emotions that can result from the loss of a loved one, or a job, or even a divorce come out differently in everyone.
