My 30-Day Halloween 'Spooktacular Body Transformation Kickstart' Challenge was a complete success! A lot of people think that the grass is greener on the other side, that they need to "be somewhere else" to get what they want. Sometimes it's true, but most of the time it's not. And for many years I believed that as well, to one point saying "I will NEVER come back to Canada. Never back to Vancouver. There's nothing there for me". Yet here I am, typing this at my stand up desk in Vancouver, recording this episode in Vancouver, and building my career in that same city I once said "held nothing for me". So I hope todays episode will help you if you're the same as I was, and even sometimes can stat to slide back into. I have learned a lot of lessons over the years. Some a long time ago, some only very recently. And I have also learned to appreciate a number of things that in the past I did not. In this episode I go over 18 of the top lessons that have made the biggest differences.
