Mood Food is an empowering Podcast that cooks up and promotes useful recipes (coping skills). The goal is to adopt the coping skills that work for you, to better equip you when you are sitting at the table of troubles and trials. When sitting at the table, you may encounter anxiety, worry, depression and many other psychosocial stressors. Life has a lot on the menu, so do your best to control what's being served. Most if not all of the patients that I see, list sleeping issues as one of their concerns. The common causes for disruptive sleep can be due to a variety of things. It is our hope that the tips listed below will help improve your sleeping pattern. If you have any significant health conditions, make sure you see your doctor first to rule out any issues that could be contributing to your sleeping difficulties.
